I'm not sure if my wife told you but she fell in love with Grand Lake and if we lived in CO we'd seriously consider buying your place (we've been looking for a 2nd home within a couple hours drive from the DC area). The view is to die for and seems to be one of the best views in the area. We're already talking about renting your place again next year. The one reason we may not is if things go according to plan, we'll have a second little one on our hands during the summer months next year, but we'd consider other times of the year as well. Thanks also for all your advice on the hikes. One of the short hikes books you had was great. Guy

July 2008 Everything was so perfect in your home. The lakeviews on the decks and the campfire made our stay extra special. Thank you for your hospitality. Our families had a wonderful time and hope to be back soon!

Love the house, the view, the activities. The only downside was the downpour at times. BUT IS WAS GREAT! LOVED IT!

Aug 2, 2008 This house rocks! Great View. Went boating & found out we are no expert fishermen. Saw Grand Lake, Granby Lake, Sulphur Springs, Winter Park & Resort, etc..... Thanks for the memories!

July 2008 Loved Grand Lake and the house. We saw every awesome view: storm over the mountains, full moon over the lake, rainbow on the lake! We had a great week.

August 2008: Perfect Mtn/Lake home. Outstanding views, short distance to a ton of activities & great accomodations. Best spot was the deck below during hot afternoons. If we lived in CO-we'd buy it!!
