Why the Owner Chose Big Bear Lake
We bought it because it was at the base of the largest ski area mountain in Southern California. Easy access to hiking and biking in the summer, and skiing and boarding in the winter. Walk to the slopes. There are more for sale if you are interested.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Close to the lake for fishing and water skiing in the summer. Close to food and shopping year around, and it sits among the large pine trees. Nice and quiet in both summer and winter.
