Newly built and luxuriously furnished in 2008, this true 4-season, picturesque retreat will delight even the most selective guest. Our townhome is located just a bit east of the hustle and bustle of River Run Village in Keystone. Instead of elevators, long hallways and hundreds of neighbors, you'll have your own private entrance just feet from your parking space in an incredible setting surrounded by wetlands, the Snake River and the White River National Forest. Settler's Creek was one of only 4 Colorado communities featured in Elite Traveler Magazine.

Minnie's Cabin
Settler's Creek’s luxury log cabin clubhouse is just steps away and includes a year-round heated pool, two hot tubs, pool table, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, TV and picnic area with BBQ grill. It also includes comfortable furniture inside and out, spacious locker rooms with showers (towels provided) and a kitchen area. This is a wonderful placed to relax and meet interesting and friendly people from around the country and world.
Have a young child?
Some supplies for a young child have been provided for your convenience. Included are a Graco port-a-crib/playpen with bedding, a high chair, and a stroller. In addition, childcare in our townhome can be arranged through the Keystone resort.

Settler's Creek is only six miles from Dillon/Silverthorn, another seven miles from the charming town of Frisco and an additional nine from Breckenridge. Keystone is centrally located in Summit County, should you choose to explore nearby ski resorts such as Breckenridge, Vail, Copper Mountain, Beaver Creek or a-Basin (5 miles). Good food is always a part of a great vacation, whether prepared in our gourmet kitchen or at award winning restaurant like Keystone Ranch. Other favorites include the Ski Tip Lodge, the mountain-top Der Fondue Chessel and the Dillon Dam Brewery.
Transportation:
The Keystone free shuttle stops just steps from our townhome year-round and provides access to ALL of the amenities of the Keystone resort. The shuttle is a quick phone call away and will pick you up in 5-15 minutes. Much less walking in uncomfortable boots compared to a condo in the main village!
The Summit Stage Bus System will take you anywhere within Summit County at no charge and with a convenient schedule. This is a great way to enjoy some of the many area amenities.
Professional Management
This is a professionally managed home with check-in available near River Run. You will have assistance 24 hours a day should any problems arise. All bedding and towels are supplied. Unfortunately no pets or smoking is permitted.

Why the Owner Chose Settlers Creek
We bought our townhouse because we love Keystone and Summit County in general. We found River Run to be too noisy and much less private. With only 4 units per building and a beautiful peaceful yet convenient location, we're thrilled with our choice.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our condo is among the newest at Keystone with more square footage than most 2 BR places and has and is very luxuriously equipped. We also appreciate having real outdoor space and convenient shuttle service. Minnie's Cabin is also a wonderful place to relax and is rarely busy.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. They had modern amenities and very comfortable living areas. The shuttle was there within 10 minutes of us calling them to take us to and from the mountain. We also had a great time at Minnie`s Cabin. The hot tub was a perfect ending to a grueling day on the slopes!! Will definitely recommend this this property to friends and family!!

This town home is absolutely gorgeous! Would recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the city, as it is back in the woods, away from the road and ski runs. It has lots of room for everyone to spread out; our family of 5 had more than enough room. The kitchen was really nice, and had everything you would need. It was also nice to have a play-yard and high chair available. The only thing is parking is tricky if you have more than 1 car

We absolutely loved the townhome! The setting is spectacular, at the base of a hill (great for short snow tubing run with my grandson). The gourmet kitchen was the very best equipped that we have ever had. The beds were very comfortable with high end linens. The common clubhouse/pool/hot tub area was very nice, very well kept and clean.My husband appreciated the single floor townhome (bad knees).We can't wait to stay here again and highly recommend this townhome.

Wow! Great place. Very peaceful and quiet compared to River Runwhere we've stayed in the past. Really an ideal location. Condo is very luxuriously equipped and comfortable. Even the sofa bed was very comfortable! Really appreciated the gas fireplace and 3 LCD TV's, each with a DVD player. Minnie's cabin was a great place to wind down in the evenings. We'll be back.

This was a beautiful unit and a great little development. We met the surrounding neighbors and they were so kind and welcoming. We stayed in summer and it was a great location in the Breck, Keystone, Vail, etc. area. We loved it. We rented through ************ and they were friendly and helpful (very helpful when we had a couple issues come up). Would definitely recommend to a family... it has everything you need (pack- n-play, stroller, etc).
