  Our family of 3 had a wonderful time in Maui this past Christmas season. The condo at Kalama Terrace fit our budget and had everything we needed. It is 2 blocks from the beach and a 5 to 10 minute walk to grocery shopping, surfboard rentals and lots of restaurants. The bus is also right there and affordable. The condo was very clean, comfortable and the neighbours and manager were friendly to us. We would rent this condo again and are already planning a trip back to Maui in 2014. p.s. 10 days was not enough!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We really enjoyed our 4 week stay at this Kihei condo. The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness and the well organized kitchen cupboards! The owners added every amenity possible to make their visitors stay so memorable. If Maui is in our travel plans next year we would definately stay here again!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  Hi Ryan, Just wanted to let you know that we had a great time in Maui. Your condo in Kihei was in a fantastic location (close to the beach, restaurants and stores). We would definitely love to come back and stay at your place again. Thank you for getting the fridge fixed so quickly. The amenities such as the filtered water were a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked. I will definitely recommend your place to others. Thanks again and take care. Hope to come back soon. Janice and Christine

  The benefits to your condo were greatly appreciated.  The reverse osmosis system was invaluable!  The television was wonderful, especially while watching the Olympics......even though the broadcast was so Americanized.  The kitchen was well stocked as indicated on your web site.  Adding a blender may be a good idea.  Some people may appreciate an iron and ironing board.   The design of the shower is excellent.  Glass blocks.....great idea!  We took advantage of the free calling to Canada....Fantastic!  We very much enjoyed Virginia's company and help.  She is a definite asset as a neighbour.  She was hilarious!  What a sense of houmour.  We certainly don't intend on overwhelming you with the above suggestions for improvements.  We very much enjoyed our stay, and will return to Canada with numerous memories of this beautiful island.  Take care, Mahalo, Marcy and Tom -------------- Because of Marcy and Tom's suggestions, we have done the following: 1.   Aloha Ryan,       We want to let you know that we had an amazing time in Kihei.  Your condo must be one of a kind on Maui.  We completely loved all of the amenities and location.  While living in Portland, OR, we have grown accustom to the organic foods and products.  Having a natural foods market down the street with natural sunscreens and aftersun products was perfect. We absolutely wanted for nothing in the condo with the filtered water and delightful design.  We slept so soundly in the bed and soft sheets. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your place.  We hope to do so again in the near future. Mahalo, Ty and Laura

  Ryan,   I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how much my husband and I enjoyed your condo in Kihei.......   It was a truly refreshing get-away and we hope to go back with our kids so that they can enjoy all the activities and surroundings as well. (We know we can't stay at your place 'as a family' or we would in a heart beat!) What we can do (and will do) is recommend your place highly to our friends and family who are planning to cross the Pacific. (You are listed in our 'favorites'.) I think we got extremely lucky to find your place and will be 'spoiled' trying to be satisfied anywhere else in the future!   (We also took good care of Virginia while we were there; gave her fresh veggies and our 'left over' items on our sad departure. She was doing well and happy to share things she thought we might enjoy.)  Hope your little one is sleeping a few more hours during the night these days!   :)   Still wishing we were there......   Take care, Gene and Kellie
