This property has a convenient boat ramp on a private channel that flows directly into Riley's Bay (Green Bay Waters). Boat lovers and fisherman will easily bring their boats in and out of the water for countless hours of fun in the sun. If you don't feel like boating you can enjoy a restful day on the beautiful spacious deck.
We are seven miles west of Sturgeon Bay near Potawatami State Park, Cherryland Airport, Indlewild Public Golf Course, Jelly Stone Park (miniature golf, swimming, and games with mass on Sunday), and Haines Public Beach is two blocks away.
This is the perfect place for a family.
Other activities nearby include: The Farm which is excellent for small children, and the rental of boats, jet skis' and pontoon boats is as close as Sturgeon Bay. There are many shops in Door County for antiquing and shopping. The Peninsula Players is a professional theater company established 75 years ago in Ephram.
Door County is known for its fish boil. Great Restaurants are everywhere, everything from pizza to gourmet dinners.
Take a horse and buggy ride around Sturgeon Bay, or a scenic boat ride from the Maritime Museum.
