This resort-style condominium gives you the privacy and quietness you are looking for during your vacation while being just 1 kilometer or minutes away by car from several famous beaches in the west coast of Puerto Rico such as Combate and Playa Sucia. You are also minutes away from the lighthouse in Cabo Rojo and the downtown area of Combate, best known as “El Poblado.”

It is fully-equipped and brand-new with an enlarged (with water jets for massage) bathtub in the Master bedroom. The complex also features a very large swimming pool with a separate shallow and safe section for children, sauna, exercise area with treadmill and bicycle machine and a fun children playground.

You can view the swimming pool and playground from the apartment’s back balcony while enjoying a barbecue and some Piñas Coladas in the same place.

The apartment offers two parking spots to the customer and the building has controlled access gates for added security. Puerto Salinas only has 24 apartments and they are mostly second homes for owners. Therefore, during the week days, all the resort amenities will be basically just for you!
