The front house on the beach is split down the middle into two rentals (one four-bdrm and one three-bdrm). The master bdrm in each unit has a queen-size bed and is located on the second floor with beautiful views over the ocean. Each rental has 4 twins located in the bedrm(s) behind the master. There is a half bath upstairs in each unit. Downstairs is a living room fully equipped with cable TV. Off the living area is a 3/4 bath in each unit. The kitchen is behind the living area and is fully equipped. Off the kitchen is a bedroom with a queen-size bed. There is another house behind the oceanfront house that sleeps 7 with 2 bdrms, 1 1/2 baths, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer. One bedrm w a king bed, second has 3 twins, sleep sofa in living area
Oceanfront 4 Bedroom: The oceanfront house is split down the middle. The 4 bedroom is located on the south side of the property and has a queen bedroom on the ocean and two bedrooms located directly behind with bunk beds and 2 twin beds in each. There is also a half bath on the second level. Downstairs on the first level is a 3/4 bath (shower stall), full kitchen, living room and one additional bedroom with a queen bed. The rental has an outdoor porch off the first floor with patio furniture and a gas grill is available for use. All rentals are smoke free and pets are considered.
Oceanfront 3 Bedroom: The oceanfront house is split down the middle. The 3 bedroom is located on the north side of the property and has a queen bedroom on the ocean and one bedroom located directly behind with two sets bunk beds with full beds on the bottom and twin beds on top. There is also a half bath on the second level. Downstairs on the first level is a 3/4 bath (shower stall), full kitchen, living room and one additional bedroom with a queen bed. The rental has an outdoor porch off the first floor with patio furniture and a gas grill is available for use. All rentals are smoke free and pets are considered.
Oceanside 2 Bedroom: The oceanside 2 bedroom house is located directly behind the oceanfront house and has beautiful sunset views. To access the beach you walk alongside the oceanfront house just a few steps. It sleeps 6-7 comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom and 1/2 bath. In the second bedroom are a set of bunk beds and a single twin bed for a total of 3 twins. In the living area is a pullout couch which can accommodate either 2 children or 1 adult. The house has a full kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer and a full bath with tub. The rental has an outdoor porch area with a gas grill available. All rentals are smoke free and pets are considered.

This simple duplex is located right on the beach and we had an amazing vacation there. The house is simple and clean, but has just about everything you need for beach vacation. We came in the off season so we pretty much owned the beach. Still, we were able to sit out on the back porch for some of our meals. When I woke up in the morning, the ocean was so beautiful I decided I had to forgo sleeping in and walk on the beach. You can literally go for miles. So much sandy beach and remarkably clean. The house includes a basic kitchen (fridge was spotless). I liked bringing my own sheets and pillows because I am sure they are clean. The beds were comfortable. The house has character: the floors slope and one door is actually a curtain. But you don't have to worry about every little grain of sand you walk in with. The oceanside bedroom in the upstairs has an amazing view out a huge picture window. The sun comes pouring in in the morning. I also note that the beach here was not damaged by winter storms the way many in the northeast were. The location would be cozy if all the houses were filled, but in April it was so private. It felt remarkably safe. I noticed a neighbor left a wallet out on a porch table and it was there many hours later. Newburyport provides many excellent dining options but just over a mile away you can get fresh seafood in a more "clam shack" style restaurant. I highly recommend this property. It is very rare to find a location this perfect along the East Coast. We arrived with my daughter, grandson who is two, our small dog, and my sister and we had the best vacation ever. We strolled onto the beach, which is right there in the back yard, with our morning coffee. We often ate on the deck overlooking the ocean. The house is well situated (just steps from the beach) but offered us the privacy we enjoyed. We watched fireworks on the beach at night and did a lot of grilling. The sunrise from the master bedroom was terrific. We spent many evenings eating dinner on the deck overlooking the ocean. The set-up is comfortable and the kitchen is very well equiped. Because of the location, we spent very little time inside but we would have been comfortable inside had there been a rainy day. There were minor problems upon arrival but Bob and Karen quickly solved them. Grocery stores, etc. were within five miles and the beach house is only three straight miles from Hampton Beach but with none of the chaos.Owner response: Diane and Bob, thanks so much for your review. WE STAYED AT THIS BEACH HOUSE FOR A WEEKEND IN JUNE AND HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. THE LOCATION IS UNBELIEVABLE !THE BEACH IS RIGHT OUT THE BACK DOOR AND THE VIEW IS AMAZING!!!KAREN, THE OWNER IS VERY FRIENDLY AND ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AND MORE. THE BEACH IS BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN . OUR BOYS AGED 4 AND 8 LOVED IT. THEY PLAYED IN THE SAND AND COLLECTED LOTS OF SEASHELLS. WE EVEN GOT TO SEE FIREWORKS AT NIGHT. This house lives up to it's description! You walk of the back porch and you step right into the sand. The view from the upstairs BR is truly spetacular! We had a few minor problems so we contacted the owner and she was very kind and took care of everything. We enjoyed staying here and would not hesitate to book it again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.
