Description
This beautiful studio apartment is located on the second floor or a completely redone six unit apartment building and has a fantastic private outdoor balcony surrounded by bamboo and lots of green. It has many windows, which makes the apartment very sunny and bright. It is furnished with comfortable, contemporary furniture. A dining table that seats up to three, a queen size bed, with a comfortable chair with ottoman to help you recover from a day of work or sightseeing... The unit contains a brand new modern kitchen with fridge, stove/oven, microwave and combined washer/dryer in the unit. There is also a shared full size dryer right next to the unit.
A modern bathroom includes a soak tub combined with shower with large rain shower head. Apartment has tons of storage space in the walk-in closet. The apartment has a 32" flat screen TV with cable TV with HBO and Showtime, as well as high-speed wireless internet access.
The apartment does not come with an assigned parking space; street parking only.

I go here on average about 3 times per week! Love it! It's sleekly adorned with clean lines and shiny stainless steel and lots of minimalist-inspired tables and chairs. And the menu isn't along the lines of creamed chipped beef or guess-the-meat surprise but food-forward combinations like Quinoa, Cucumber, Radish with Ginger Orange Vinaigrette; Chicken Breast and Butternut Squash with grapes and oregano; Seared Ahi Tuna with Whole Citrus Ponzu. The throwback surprise of Lemonade are the prices - the first two dishes mentioned are on the Marketplace list - one item is $4, two are $7.50 and a third add-on brings the total to $10.50. Perfect place to nestle in and relax. I was having work done on my house, so needed a temporary place to live. The location could not be better -- footsteps away from some of the best restaurants, cafes and stores in the city. A short walk / bike ride to the beach. The apartment was clean, well designed and had everything I needed to feel at home. Kitchen, laundry, wifi, ready to go. I would recommend to anyone!

This is the perfect location for anyone that wants the best Venice has to offer, location, comfort and convenience. The apartment has all the luxuries of a fine hotel but with the warmth and technologies of home. A full kitchen and laundry facilities make it perfect for extended stays. This is where the locals live and hang out. Any place else would be touristy and loud. The management was a delight to deal with. I stayed for three nights. I would come back and recommend it to others.

WOW! This appartment made out vacation even nicer! Really nice manager, he was very friendly. And the appartment it self was like home! Everything you would need is there. Very beautiful house near the main street of Venice. Complete with all kind of tools and provided with linens, towels, accessories, etc. Very good experience and excellent communication with guest services for every need. Definetly reccomended !
