This unit has the comforts of home. Recently redecorated and furnished, the villa sleeps 5 - Queen bed, pull-out sofa and one lower bunk.
LOCATION, AFFORDABILITY AND A GREAT VACATION ON A BUDGET! Enjoy the ocean breezes and views from the balcony! The complex has two private swimming pools for Sea Side guests only. The Sea Side beachfront sun deck is great for tanning, reading, views, and relaxing. On site beachwalk leads directly to the beautiful Hilton Head Island beach.
This complex is located on the south end of beautiful Hilton Head Island. It is a SHORT walk to Coligny Plaza where you will find MANY shops, activities, and restaurants. An outdoor charcoal grilling area with picnic tables for Sea Side guests only makes cooking an simple task, if you prefer. Across the street you will find the island's only Water Fun Park. The gounds have a privately gated access parking lot with covered parking. There is easy elevator access to this 3rd floor villa! Laundry Rooms with washers and dryers are located on each floor.
Hilton Head Island is known for the many world class golf courses and tennis facilities. Experience the new bike paths that encircle the island and enjoy biking up and down our hard packed sandy beaches! Several inexpensive bike rental companies will deliver the bikes for you during your stay.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding. This condo was an excellent choice for us - open the draperies and view the ocean, so relaxing. The amenities were over the top, I used the private pool, the private sun deck in the morning, beach in the afternoon, within walking distance to pubs and shopping; what more can you ask for! The condo was in excellent condition, very clean and updated. We will definitely rent this condo in the future.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.

Tastefully decorated, nicely remodeled, very clean unit on the best beach in the world. Perfectly located for shopping, biking, walks on the beach. Very responsive, accommodating owners. A real value for the money. Highly recommended.

We (me, wife, and 2 little kids) stayed here over Memorial weekend. Great Little place on Hilton Head to vacation. The unit was very clean and updated. Great 3rd floor location. The owners were very responsive to all questions. I will rent this unit again from them in the future and recommend to anyone looking for a good beach location on Hilton Head.

Sea Side Villas are a prime location for all activities for Hilton Head, and this spot was a cozy little place we were fortunate to stay in for a week. Even though I'm not a very good golfer, I could hit the beach from this condo with a decent 3 wood shot (it's only a couple hundred yards away). We could easily go to the beach in the morning, walk in around noon for a short lunch, then get quickly back to the beach for the afternoon sun with just a couple footsteps. If and when we go back to Hilton Head, I'll definitely see if this place is available before looking elsewhere.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.
