The living room will make it hard for you to ever leave the comfort of your temporary home. A large vaulted ceiling sets the tone in the room along with three generous windows that provide natural lighting from all directions. A working fireplace helps to deal with the ever changeable Irish weather.
The kitchen is a fully equipped, state of the art cooking environment comprising of new painted wood cabinetry, classic black and white ceramic tile and new counter tops making this a warm and welcoming environment in which to create your culinary delights! There is a large fridge/freezer; a 4 ring gas stove top and all new chrome appliances.
The master bedroom has a large king size bed, fitted wardrobes, a designer style en suite bath with floor to ceiling tiling throughout. A sliding door exit to the side yard allows for private enjoyment of the ocean view or the stars.The second bedroom has a large queen size bed and fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom has two single beds and ample storage to accommodate two people. The guest bath shared by the two bedrooms boasts a corner Jacuzzi tub for relaxing after a day spent exploring the countryside.
Stretching out of the living room is a massive deck which provides an even more stunning vista. The yard is expansive surrounded by high hedges offering seclusion and privacy for all, without impeding the stunning vistas. Parking is ample for up to 4 cars with sufficient outdoor lighting to aid your access at night Situated in Tragumna, a 15 minute walk will have you down at the waters edge or at the door of the local pub being welcomed in true Irish style.
