Unlike standard Racquet Club condos, ours has fully enclosed master, loft and second bedrooms for privacy.
Located a short walk from indoor and outdoor tennis, swimming, workout facilities and free bus stops at the public Park City Racquet Club, with Golf, hiking, skiing, mountain biking and lots of other mountain sports and recreation activities within reasonable distance from this wonderful year-round vacation getaway! Mountain wilderness areas are just 45 minutes away for summer camping, hiking, fishing, biking, etc.
Includes a one car enclosed garage and ample non-exclusive parking - although the extensive free bus service makes a rental car not really necessary for skiing, with three of the world's finest ski resorts a short bus ride away.
HOT WATER? High Efficiency 75 gallon water heater means all the hot water you need, no matter how many people are showering (in the three full baths) or washing clothes at the same time.

Located a short walk from either of two free bus stops, our unit is close to skiing, shopping, dining, tennis, fitness and yet comfortable enough to just stay home and relax. The private fiberglass spa, three TV's including a new 46" HDTV with 5 speaker surround sound, ample sleeping accomodations, two large decks, free wireless Internet, PC with printer, three baths, gas log fireplace and many other amenities make our condo a fantastic vacation value!

Five old friends had a truly enjoyable stay at this condo during the snowy, busy first weekend of Sundance. We came for the skiing and were met with quite a storm. The condo was well furnished with immaculate attention to detail. Pride of ownership is clearly evident. Complex is proximate to downtown Park City and a quick drive (or shuttle) to the ski resorts.

We stayed for 10 days in January. it was fabulous. our family of 7 was able to fit comfortably into the condo. The kitchen was well equipped for a rental and the location was great for skiing at all of the resorts (Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley). We all loved the hot tub after a day of skiing and having WiFi and nice TVs made the evenings enjoyable as well. Great spot for the price! Megan

This condo is in a wonderful location to enjoy all Park City has to offer. The owner has gone to the extreme to mark all items and provide excellent directions to operate the TV and connect to his WIFI. Great open space for children to play in the snow! Very comfortable beds and the softest towels! Highly recommended. FYI - garage is unattached.

Bill, Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay. You keep your place nice and tidy. Iit is a perfect location for both Park City and Deer Valley resorts, and is very private.

What a fabulous vacation we had while staying in this wonderful condo! We are a family of 5 with three kids 19,14 and 12. There was a ton of room and sleeping available for the entire family and the loft was expecially terrific as a bedroom and great place for the kids to hang out together. The entire unit was amazingly appointed with T.V.'s and DVD players in each room. The cable availablilty was great with movies on demand and the wireless availablilty was fantastic! All the kids were happy getting electronically "connected" when they felt like it. The jacuzzi on the back deck was wonderful, impeccably clean and in perfect working order. This was a welcome site after many long ski days! While the kitchen was certainly only big enough for 1 person at a time...it was stocked with great pots, pans and largre refrigerator. The location couldn't have been better as far as proximity to all stores and ski areas and the neighgborhood was beautiful. If your kids want to take the free shuttle it's available right down the block too. There is also a big deck off the front in addition to the big deck off of the back. We look forward to many visits back to this condo so that we can use these decks during all seasons. Great for the whole family! Tremendous!
