This beautifully furnished home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. There is one Queen in one bedroom, and King beds in the other two bedrooms. Open plan kitchen, dining room and living room make this an ideal area for after ski family gatherings. The living room features a lovely leather sofa and arm chairs, a 36" television/VCR, stereo, and a gas fireplace to gaze into after a long day of skiing that Utah powder.
This wonderful home is situated right between lower Deer Valley and Old Town, Park City. A short walk down a flight of stairs will take you to the shuttle stop for Deer Valley, about ten blocks away. A five minute walk or free shuttle will take you to Main Street, Park City, shop, dine, go clubbing, have a great time!

This is the third time I have stayed at "Serena" for the Sundance Film Festival, and will certainly go back again!!! It is large, comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The location is excellent...a quick walk to Park City and the shuttle/trolley transportation center. No car is needed. There is a full kitchen with everything you need, 3 full bathrooms, and 3 great bedrooms - 1 large and 2 very large. The living room is comfortable and spacious and there is a good size dining table and eating area. The decor is very nice and the everything is in very good condition and up to date. Absolutely nothing negative to report!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This home was truly "A Great Place To Stay"! It had all the comforts of home and was within walking distance of Main St. I especially appreciated all the little extras we found....such as spices, butter, baggies, etc. It was nice to have those things available and not have to keep running to the store. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We quickly wished we had planned for a longer stay once we arrived. The property was both cozy and roomy. It had lots of comfortable rooms/patios to relax alone, to read a book for instance, or to be social, cook/eat, play games, etc. We cooked dinner in the well-stocked kitchen, then walked to the Deer Valley concert (although shuttle is available). Additional note: The place was spotless, one person in my party actually remarked on how clean the windows were.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+.

We have stayed at the Serena for 1 week for the last three Christmas'. The accommodations are first class, the hot very convenient and the location ideal for skiing, dining and night life as it is just a short walk to all the nicest restaurants. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we'll probably see you next year.

I was not expecting the Serena to be so fabulously furnished! All the beds were "Swiss" comfortable and the kitchen was fabulously furnished (all the appliances we needed and granite countertops!). And the hot tub was so convenient. My children and I spent a very special Christmas here, and I thank you for making a trouble-free, super-comfortable place available at a very reasonable price.

We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed the townhome. We were especially impressed with how comfortable the beds were. We loved being able to walk to town and catch the shuttle to ski.
