Penthouse luxury with house comfort.

We have stayed in this property in several occasions and have enjoyed it very much. It has the luxury of a penthouse but with the comfort of parking your car in the garagae, and open the door. The pool is only for the house and you can have a wonderful evening grillling or just enjoying the susnset. The house in all is ample and comfortable, kitchen is well suppllied and everything works. Washing and drying machine is a plus. There is a second kitchen in the pool level with a fridge with icemaker too, which makes it easy to supply drinks by the pool when grilling. everything is designed for comfort in the most luxury, no tackiness here. sports is the main event with the boat slip right by the pool, bring your waverunners,or rent some very near, bring your boat and have it at your backdoor. Husband and kids went waverunning everyday and did quite some good successful fishing in the bay. Excellent in every way. We will return soon!

We have stayed at this property in several occasions, and it has been an excellent experience each and every time. The house isvery well mantained and located in a secluded private small gated community, no crowds, no noise, but everythong on hand and very practical. We do not own a boat, but we love fishing, so we rented a boat for several day trips and we were picked up at the private deck of the house. The captain knew where to take us and the fishing was great! The deck has the cleaning table for the after fish works, so we cleaned, packed the fish and freezed it right away in one of the two fridges the house has, until now, we are still eating fresh fish. We did a grill by the pool one night, a it was perfect since the house has all utensils you might need for the barbecue. Our kids enjoyed the private pool at all times, is sparkling clean and the sunset at the pool is unbelievable. The downstatrs fridge has icemaker too, to give service to the pool, and a small kitchenette that we used for the pool munchies and drinks. What a difference to have your own private pool! The upper terrace gave us a very nice view of all the boats coming and going in the channel, interesting. The deck is deffinitely a plus for water sports lovers as we are. Pictures don't do show all the house offers. The two bedrooms with king size beds, wonderful mattresses, mmmmm, each room has a tv, and the downstairs living for kids, has a third one with a dvd player, so kids had their own night movie before bedtime, excellent.... Our cars were fully protected since the house has a garage, plus additional parking space in this private and almost secret gated community. At walking distance we had the sports center and restaurant Parrots Eyes, there were a few nights when we just wanted a beer and something light, so we walked to Parrots, (2 min) the shrimp salad and the quesadillas are excellent, then we walked back home and were ready for a night dvd movie in the comfortable living room. We also rented some waverunners and had a blast of a time, at this same spot, very near the house. Another great thing is The Wave, the free transportation in the Island, there is a pick up stop right outside the house, so kids went to have an icecream with no driving. Without a doubt we will come back soon and recommend to our friends.
