Look out over the bay and mangrove trees from the balcony of this newly furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath vacation condo in the lovely Holiday Island Resort. It is located at the South end of Tierra Verde on Tampa Bay, just three bikable miles from historic Fort DeSoto, one of the top beaches in the US.
Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twins, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room allow for up to 6 guests. Fully furnished with everything you will need for your vacation. Tile floors throughout the unit give it a clean, neat look. There is cable TV in the living and bed rooms, plus high speed internet in the kitchen.
The Holiday Island Resort offers a heated pool and hot tub, fishing pier, boat dock, tennis courts and a clubhouse with a pool table, big screen TV and gym. In addition there are gorgeous views of the bay and surrounding isles. Laundry facilities are on the property.

Holiday Island is a wonderful condominium complex. We had rented 5 units for our son's wedding and this was one of the best units we had.

This condo is small but perfectly formed and in a great location. Walking distance from some great restaurants and a very short drive to Fort de Soto beach. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean with 2 nice bathrooms. The owners made arrangements for our late delivery and all of my dealings with them were efficient and pleasant. The complex titself is well maintained with a lovely pool and hot tub and the residents were very friendly. I enjoyed it so muchwe are planning to go back again this year, all in all a great experience. If you stay here I recommend Billy's Stone Crab, The Island Grille and The Sea Critters Cafe that were all excellent. Have a great stay!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.
