Our charming chalet style home is 2 minutes from the South entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and walking distance to quaint downtown Estes Park for shopping, spectacular restaurants and coffee houses. Relax on the enormous deck off the main living floor and enjoy the pristine mountain views or take a stroll on the river walk seconds from your front door. This newly constructed 3 level (1876 square foot) duplex features very open floor plan with plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and unwind.
The lower level houses 2 queen bedrooms, full bath and full sized washer dryer. Main level gourmet kitchen with huge walk-in pantry, granite counter tops, hardwood floors flowing into the dining room and living rooms. The living room has a gas fireplace and a deck out over the front of the condo. Upstairs you will find a spacious master suite with king sized bed, extra large walk in closet, private bath, vaulted ceilings and open air loft to the entry below.

This floor plan was Tony's favorite of all the plans in Park River West. We both love the finishes in this particular unit. The granite is beautiful and the hardwood flooring is amazing! Also, the view from the huge patio can't be beat!

We have owned this town house since 2008. We are the first owners! We had a lot of fun decorating and making sure it is well maintained. Dusti spent a lot of time making sure the kitchen is fully stocked. Tony and his family built the Park River West project.
