The owners of this condo must have walked over half of the city looking for just the right place until they decided to buy this one. It is very unique in that it is not a typical "tower" built for selling as many units as possible. This is a property designed by an Argentine architect that uses local materials and ideas to create a very beautiful building with exposed brick and iron work on the exterior, and wood floors and double height ceilings inside. The street this property is on is full of trees 3 floors high. From here you can visit any part of the city with just a short taxi ride. You can also go jogging to the parks of Palermo.

There are lots of cafe's and restaurants in the area. Palermo Soho in Buenos Aires has become one of the most sought after "barrios" both by tourists as well as the locals. We looked at several options and had already stayed the year before in another place, but this one worked out good. The owner met us early in the morning, no wait, and checked us in quickly. This is a newer condo about 5 blocks up from the Plaza Italia subway and parks of Palermo. I would jog down to the parks and do my daily run. My favorite place to have coffee in the morning is just a couple blocks away and I was able to get the best pastries and bread at the bakery on Honduras street. The owner was available anytime by phone so we were able to call him with any questions on where to eat or visit. Very helpful and an overall great place.
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
