The owners of this condo must have walked over half of the city looking for just the right place until they decided to buy this one. It is very unique in that it is not a typical "tower" built for selling as many units as possible. This is a property designed by an Argentine architect that uses local materials and ideas to create a very beautiful building with exposed brick and iron work on the exterior, and wood floors and double height ceilings inside. The street this property is on is full of trees 3 floors high. From here you can visit any part of the city with just a short taxi ride. You can also go jogging to the parks of Palermo.
