Above the kitchen is a breathtaking rooftop deck with a Viking outdoor kitchen where meals can be enjoyed looking out over the city and ocean views. Large living area with plasma TV. Dining area with gorgeous vintage wine rack table next to kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with queen sized beds and 2 children's rooms. Each room has its own bathroom and there is also a guest bathroom by the living room. Master bedroom has a 60 inch plasma also with oversized tub and 2 person shower.
Walking distance to the famous 3rd street promenade with cafes, shops, movie theaters, boutiques, farmers market, supermarket, post office and many great restaurants. A stroll to famous Venice Boardwalk, a 10 minute walk along the beach to Santa Monica Pier and to Santa Monica Promenade where you'll be entertained by a variety of street artists including, musicians, jugglers and mime artists.

We were lucky enough to rent this gorgeous, state-of-the art loft for 6 weeks this past summer. Not only were the owners extremely accommodating with our requests but the home felt like we had lived there for years. It is incredibly appointed as well as completely comfortable. We loved being within walking distance to the 3rd Street Promenade, the pier and the beach and were able to avoid the traffic and enjoy a gorgeous Santa Monica summer. The roof deck is beyond fabulous!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
