This 3 bedroom 3 bath unit was remodeled in 2006. It features travertine floors, granite countertops 2 year old carpet in the master bedroom and Brazilian Cherry wood floors.
Coronado Shores is a luxury gated beach community. There are ten high-rise buildings in the complex, each with its own doormen and video security. The complex includes eight tennis courts and four swimming pools/Jacuzzi. Gas barbecues and picnic tables are available for picnics by the sea. The clubhouse has pool tables, big screen TV and a bar, with an outdoor veranda overlooking the beach, and a teen hangout with table tennis and recreation area, where regular events including dances and card games are held.
A pavilion is available for private parties and special events such as wedding receptions. A fully equipped, staffed fitness center offers the latest nautilus and weight lifting equipment, with separate sauna and Jacuzzi for men and women. All facilities are available at no extra charge to tenants and their guests.

Coronado is a great place, but affordable family accommodation is sometimes a challenge to find. This apartment was fantastic. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, clean and excellently equipped throughout. The owner was always prompt to respond to questions and expeditiously refunded the deposit. The location is great, 30 seconds to the beach and the hotel 'Del' and the facilities of the Coronado shores are second to none. In short, for a family or any group of people for that matter, you would struggle to find a better alternative at this price.
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
