Beautiful log cabin chalet set in the mountains. Loft style with 3 levels 1,750 ft2. Sleeps 2-8. Air conditioned, large kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, reading nook, 2 fireplaces. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with steam shower). Wraparound deck with BBQ. Perfect for relaxing and entertaining for a couples, friends or family getaway.

- Year-round hot springs (Radium Hot Springs 10 minutes away, Fairmont Hot Springs 30 minutes away)
- Winter months only 25-90 minutes away from 6 ski hills (Panorama, Fairmont, Kicking Horse, Lake Louise, Banff Sunshine & Nakiska)
- Summer minutes from Lake Windermere (boating, swimming), golf courses, mountain biking, hiking
The chalet has a loft with a 25 ft high pine vaulted ceiling in the living room with a wall of windows allowing the sun to pour in. The chalet is furnished with Cricklewood furniture throughout - practical and gorgeous. It's the perfect getaway for friends and family to relax and enjoy this beautiful countryside...
Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: 'Moose Tracks' upstairs - queen bed, desk area
Bedroom 2: 'Bear's Den' upstairs - bunkbed double/twin beds
Bedroom 3: 'Bear Walk' downstairs - queen bed, ensuite bathroom with steam shower
Family room: downstairs - queen sofabed with memory foam topper. Fireplace and plasma TV in room
Note: Very comfortable beds and bedding
Technology info: Star Choice satellite with HD package installed. There is no internet access in Edgewater yet (in process of getting approval to extend fibre optic line), but excellent signal for cell phones or blackberries. There is wireless internet throughout Radium to sync up your laptop if you need to. PlayStation2 Rock Band, Guitar Hero, and Pop Star are very popular with all ages, along with the Nintendo Wii (Fit, Sports). Large variety of games and cards (Monopoly, Scrabble, Pictionary, Trivial Pursuit, Chess, poker chips).

$300/night & 3 night min (summer months, weekends/holidays); $250/night otherwise
Weekly rates: Summer High Season $1,800; Low Season $1,500 (1 night free)
Cleaning fee $125/stay. Note: $1,500 CDN = approx $1,200 USD
GST Tax of 5% is applied to all rentals; 50% of total rental is due at time of boo
Balance is due 30 days prior to rental (including $300 refundable damage deposit)
Rent to families or groups aged 28+ years old

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am (confirm 6pm late check-out for 50% daily rental fee)
