Our stay was amazing! The condo is very nice with an awesome ocean view! The icing on the cake was when the owners son took us out on his sailboat on the beautiful Pacific Ocean! We saw lots of dolphins, seals & jellyfish! We will definately stay here again in the future.

Dana Point wonder

This gem is centrally located to walk almost everywhere. Where you can't walk, it's an easy drive. Lots of great restaurants are walkable as well. Towels for the beach and everything you need are here and owner is easily reachable for all questions. Our young teens girls loved having their own room. Deck is lovely for coffee in the AM or wine in the PM. If you stay long enough, you may even get to go out on the gorgeous sailboat. That was a trip highlight, seeing lots of whales and dolphin. (Thanks Bills!) And don't skip the Ocean Institute and many walking trails.

Great for us, perfect location as it is half way between San Diego and Los Angeles. Easy access to the freeway and the beach cities. We were able to reconnect with several old college friends due to the location. Weather was great compared to our home weather in Minnesota.

Great Girls Weekend getaway

We stayed at the Villa for a girls getaway weekend while running the Tinkerbell Half marathon at Disneyland. Great location, easy access to I-5 and the Pacific Coast Highway. The villa was roomy, it was nice to spread out and relax during out weekend stay. Having two full bathrooms was also a bonus. Balcony views were great. If we are back in this area, we will definately stay again.

I came to CA to welcome my son home from Marine deployment and wanted something more than a hotel room. Man, was it SO MUCH MORE! The pictures and description accurately depicted the wonderful townhome. It was clean and comfortable and had all of the necessities of home. The master bed was as good as any 5 star hotel's bed and my son was very appreciative of that feature since he hadn't been in a real bed in 7 months. The townhome is in a great location and close (within 5 minutes) to everything...grocery store, shopping, restaurants, beach...everything. The owner, Bill, made sure I had everything I needed and was very accessible from the time I made my first inquiry about the property to the day I left the property. When I arrived, he even synced up my iTunes to the Apple TV, which was an added bonus. I would stay here again and again. If you're going to Dana Point, this is the place to stay!

My family of five returned to this very comfortable condo and great location. The condo has everything you need and then some. The owners have even thought of such things as boogie boards and paddle ball for the beach as well as coolers and beach towels. We loved that we were in walking distance of the beach, stores, and restaurants. Bill was also kind enough to take us out on his large sailboat for a great time on the Pacific. We all had plenty of room on the boat as well as plenty of room in the condo. The ocean view from the front balcony is beautiful and relaxing. Thanks again Bill and Barb for a great stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our comfortable stay at Villa Pacifica. Location is fantastic. The views are amazing! We had all the amenities we wanted (especially enjoyed having the boogie boards). Lots of great beaches and shopping are close by. Bill & Barb are wonderful hosts. We hope to stay again. We highly recommend the Villa Pacifica to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and our hosts when we stayed at the Villa Pacifica the week of the 4th of July 2011. The place is clean and spacious with lovely views. Bill and Barb are wonderful hosts providing a wealth of information about the area. They went above and beyond by hosting us on their boat on the 4th of July. We feel that we could call them today with questions pertaining to the area. No doubt, they would go above and beyond to provide us with what we needed. Our son is stationed at Camp Pendleton and lives nearby. We hope to stay with them again one day.

April, 2011 Bill, Barb and Bill Jr Thank-you so much for such a beautiful place to stay. We truly enjoyed our week here in Dana Point. It is a great location and we were were able to visit a different beach each day! A big thanks to Bill Jr for the fabulous boat ride. The kids loved stand will be taking about it for weeks. Life is an adventure and memories for us and it appears the same for your family. We appreciate the "all hands on deck" atmosphere of our sailing trip. It rekindled our maritime experiences. My sister and her family (2 adults, 3 kids) from Singapore stayed for 5 nights and they had a great time. The owner Mr. BIll G is friendly and explained how the internet and Apple TV work patiently to me when I picked up the keys on behalf of my sister before her arrival. It is a safe area and my sister, her husband and her kids could walk to beach, restaurants and did grocery shopping. There are two clean and comfortable bedrooms and two very clean and nice bathroom. The kitchen is huge and all appliances are modern and clean. They also enjoy the balcony with an ocean view. There is also a parking space for a car too on the driveway. We highly recommend this as a vacation rental as it is much more relax and easy than staying at a hotel.

Best Dana Point vacation Villa

Exceeded our expectations! Beautiful, well stocked with towels, beach towels, beach accessories,hair dryer, ect., etc.! The owners went over the top to meet our needs while in Dana Point for our daughter's wedding. Large enough to do lots of entertaining for friends and family in from the East Coast. Perfect location for walking to the harbor, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, dry cleaners, and more. Enjoyed sunsets from the large balcony and the BBQ grill and outside bar. Thank you Bill and Barb! Your condo is a great vacation home and was perfect for my wife and myself as well as our three twenty-something kids. The unit is clean and comfortable and has a beautiful view of the ocean! My wife and I enjoyed walking down to the beach each morning and we also enjoyed the many fine restaurants close to us. Of course the sailboat ride courtesy of Bill and his son was a highlight! The Gaita's were excellent hosts and we highly recommend the Villa Pacifica if you are looking for a great get-away. This condo was gorgeous! Beautiful views of the ocean on a nice, quiet street. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. We got a fantastic deal, even though we booked at the last minute! Plenty of space for a family of four and then some. On a side note, the neighbors are all very nice which was huge plus. We can't wait to stay there again!

Thank you Bill and Barb! Your condo was wonderful we really enjoyed the balcony and the view was breathtaking. You thought of everything...beach towels,sunscreen,beach umbrella,boogie boards,even coffee and filters :) Very comfortable home. The Harbor House restaurant down the street was awesome! The boat ride was an added bonus the guys loved it.

We had a wonderful vacation - the Villa is beautiful and clean - ocean views - we were treated to a ride on the owners sailboat one afternoon - location is just a couple blocks from the beach and the harbor. The owner was extremely helpful, and left many beach toys for us so we didn't have to bring them. I would highly recommend a stay at Villa Pacifica.

What a relaxing and inviting experience! The owners are terrific and make you feel at home, like staying with old friends. Wide open living room with a great view of the ocean and towards the South of Dana Point. Located in a peaceful neighborhood this rental is located closeby to the harbour and beach, restaraunts, and shops. Web access and fully integrated television provides numerous options for in-house entertainment. The harbour tour is a bonus. Thank you for everything!

We really enjoyed our time at this rental in Dana Point! We have small kids & the grandparents staying with us, so it was nice to have a roomy place to not all feel cramped. Its very close to the ocean and lots of nice beaches nearby. We really liked the farmers market down the street on Saturday (bought way too much since it was all so delicious). The owners Bill & Barb are very friendly and made us feel at home. Their son Bill took us out for a great time on the boat where we saw sea lions (which the kids loved). We would definitely recommend this place & hope to return again.

Bill, Barb and family, We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and a better time! Your place is truly magnificant and is a definite keeper on our litst! Dana Point is always one of our favorite stomping grounds and our favorite resturant "TURK'S" makes our visis special. The weather was beautful with only a couple of days of marine layer and overcast. We hit the beach at San Clemente one day but the sand was pretty rocky. However, we built a state-of-the-art sandcastle with our kids which made it worthwhile! We spent another beach day near the Balboa Pier and had a great bonfire with our hot dogs and marshmallows! That was one of our faborite activities when we come back to visit because we used to live in So Cal. We now live in Ariona, for the pat 13 yeears, but miss the beach! AZ has alot of beach but no ocean!! Thank you very much for arranging a boat ride for us with your son, Bill. Maybe next time we can put the sails up and see what she really has in her :) Anyway we LOVED IT!! Thank you again for everything and we look forward to coming back again! Bill and Barb, Thank you so much for so graciously opening your home to us. All the amenities you provied were greatly apprecited. Although to cool to take advantage of the deck, I loved sitting at the table every morning soaking up the sun and enjoying the view of the ocean! We loved exploring Dana Point, and all the wonderful towns up and down the coast. The walking trails and the view at the top of Selva are incredible!! Our highlight, of course, was the boat ride, Bill!! How very generous of you to take us out. We loved every minute of it! We went to San Diego, toured the USS Midway (approx 3 hours) very interesting. Balboa Park is gorgeous! Old Town is interesting (great happy hour at the Mexican Bar!) Loved the walk down at the Harbor shops by the Hilton. Ate at "Fillipio's (spell?) in Little Italy, fantastic!! We orginally thought that Dana Point was on the coast IN San Diego, but we were so very glad that it wasn't! We would reutrn in a heartbeat! Again, thank you so much!! Rich and Mary Mora, Minnesota

We loved our stay at beautiful Villa Pacifica and would recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations in Southern California! A warm welcome by the owners with helpful hints on sightseeing, best beaches and choice of restaurants immediately set the stage for a memorable vacation. The cruise on their seaworthy sailboat turned out to be the highlight of our stay. The condo itself is very tastefully decorated and ensured maximum comfort in every way. It is also equipped with the latest gadgets in technology. Sitting on the deck and taking in the panoramic ocean views was a special treat every day and we hope to return soon.

Greetings, This property is exceptional, all the photos posted are extremely accurate and they provided great communication before we got there and throughout our stay. The owners of the property were there to greet us, they make you make you feel welcome right away. They make sure you have everything you need or could possibly want. The 50 ft. sailboat ride with Captian Billy was the highlight of our trip. The views from the condo spectactular. Our group included 2 adults and 5 teenagers, each adult took a bedroom with a queen bed and the teenagers slept on the couch and blow up mattresses. They slept with the sliding door on the balcony open with a wonderful breeze coming in. They loved it because they had the plasma tv. We loved that the property was in a regular neighborhood, but was within walking distance to shops, resturants Stuft Pizza was great and the grocery store. Salt Creek Beach is a 5 min. drive it is a nice clean and not to crowded beach it has a snack bar and public bathrooms. It has a great walking path and a nice park. We loved it so much we are going to book it for next summer. Katie
