This two-story, attached chalet has all the romance of being in Switzerland. It's located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe in "Tyrolean Village," where all the houses are Swiss-style, and the surroundings a Alpine Swiss environment. With the Ski Resort being directly across the street from the Village and Northstar and Mount Rose within 15 minutes; Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley are within 25 minutes, you can't beat the location. In addition to the skiing, the recreation center with all the bells and whistles, the beaches, restaurants, golf courses, and night life are just two miles away. With the amenities here owned by the residents, it is the most exclusive area of Lake Tahoe.

This four bedroom, two and a half bath Chalet offers panoramic mountain views of skiing in the wintertime, and biking in the summertime. You won't feel you've missed a day of skiing, when you can sit on the decks and watch skiers perform down the slopes. Ski home for lunch, or après ski with your favorite beverage in the privacy of the home. Location, amenities, and floor plan make this home perfect for large families or friends. The open floor plan and living area is truly a "Bonus Area" for socializing and entertaining in. As you walk in the front door, you'll be greeted by high "A" frame ceilings, a large stone fireplace, and a wall of windows overlooking the ski slopes, and sunny deck.

There is an overstuffed queen bed sectional with throw pillows, and dining area with enough seating for eight. The dining and living area is open to the kitchen. Lots of counter space, and a granite top island with wet bar invites you to enjoy help cook. A floor to ceiling lodge pole next to the wet bar accentuates the "Tahoe" feeling. The living, dining, and kitchen all are open and look towards the large stone fireplace and panoramic mountain and skiing views. Next to the living area is a sliding patio door that exits to a deck with barbecue, and patio chairs. Yes, in the wintertime this is kept clear for your use, and with the sun, and views, you will spend time out here.

Downstairs are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, Sauna, and Hot tub. One room has a Queen bed, with single bed that can be used for kids or a sitting area. This is attached to a full bathroom, along with another bedroom with Queen Bed. This room has a sliding patio door that exists to another deck with the hot tub and skiing views. Across the hallway is the Master Bedroom, with King and single bed and another slider that exits to the deck. You also have a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub with six jets. You won't have to be in the hot tub with others when you can whirlpool in your own. Next to the Master in the hallway is a four-person dry sauna. The hot tub will soothe your muscles; the sauna will soothe your mind. Upstairs is another bedroom with a full bed on the bottom and twin top.

The house has all the amenities plus of home. Custom furnishings and designer bedding add to the comfort and style. Tahoe artifacts and Swiss decor will make you feel as if you were invited to a friends Swiss Chalet.
