The adjoining miniature suite has an incredible view and private entrance, and can be rented separately or as a part of a luxurious, three-bedroom, 1600-plus-square-foot home.

AMENITIES: The two-bedroom unit provides all the amenities of home including a fully-equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, three TVs, three VCRs, DVD, and CD/stereo. The spacious master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, and large bathroom with tub. The guest bedroom offers two full-sized beds with guest bath located directly across the hall.

THE MINI-SUITE: The miniature suite offers a king bed, a private bath, a small table and two chairs, TV, VCR, and DVD player, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. It has its own private deck on the front of the building providing a gorgeous, private view of the gulf and sunset.

AVAILABLE ON SITE: Surfside Resort offers a restaurant, large heated pool, two hot tubs and saunas, tennis courts, basketball court, and barbecue grills. The building and beach have free wireless internet access. The private skywalk gives safe and convenient access to the beach. Watch the sunset from the picnic tables on the top deck!
