Beautiful, spacious country apartment is three minutes from the beach!! This green, no frills unit sits above a small garden center that features homegrown fruits, veggies, local honey, flowers, handmade soaps, local art and gifts.
This peaceful, surprisingly quiet environment feels like home with natural hardwood floors and a large king-sized 4 poster bedroom. Two separate sitting areas include a pull-out queen sofa and hideaway doors that separate rooms for extra sleeping & privacy. Kitchenette has a small frig, sink, 2 large hotplates, small microwave and coffeemaker, but no stove, and lovely country dining table and chairs. Bathroom features large walk-in stone tile shower. Surrounded by tall pines and colorful flowers, it is a quiet paradise. Front porch has small table & chairs as well as another bistro table and chairs on the private Widow's Walk one flight up for sipping coffee, inhaling the fresh sea breezes or star gazing! Garden closes at 5PM, but you are free to use grill, fire pit, and two sets of patio dining for your evening enjoyment. New flat-screen Cable TV,DVD,Internet and only just the world's most beautiful beaches right down the street!
Grayton Beach State Park nearby rated #1 in country 2 years in a row, hiking trails, bikes provided (but extras can be rented as well as kayaks). Bike path nearby connects to 30A bike path!! Cafes, incredible shopping, outdoor concerts, wine tasting are all minutes away, literally. Step downstairs to purchase in season local fresh fruit and honey in the morning, steam squash and spinach for evening, all picked fresh that day and always a pesticide-free environment!
