This beautiful and charming 1,900 square foot house is a convenient location to the heart of Southampton. Only minutes to the beach and to the village shops of Southampton. It has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful week in the Hampton's. You can spend your days at the beach or shopping and you nights at one of Southamptons famous restaurants. Who knows, you may even run into a few celebrities while dining or dancing at one of many spots that have made the Hampton's famous. If you can't enjoy an entire summer out here, you should at least be able to get in a week or two to see what everyone is talking about.
The house has a large open kitchen, which opens into a large dining room and living room. Plenty of room to entertain. There is also a den (unfurnished), which can serve as a great room for children to play. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (2 queen beds and 2 twin beds) plus a loft in the master bedroom (for extra guests).
Large, completely fenced backyard. Perfect for sunbathing, relaxing or for the family pet. We also have a dog door, if your pet likes his/her freedom. They can go in and out all day and you don't have to watch them.

Why the Owner Chose Southampton
We bought this house for us to live in. We lived there for 2 years and then needed to move further east because of family reasons. We love this house and didn't want to sell it, so we rent it out instead.

I grew up going to the Hamptons every summer since I was born. After finishing graduate school, my husband I decided to move here full time. Where can you live that is more beautiful and peaceful than the Hamptons, so we decided to live here all year round. You will love it.
