Beautiful 100 year old 2 story farmhouse with oversized wrap around deck and sweeping meadow views.
Located in Mathias in the Lost River Valley, minutes from George Washington National Park, Lost river State Park, Trout Pond and Lost River.

This property has recently been restored, by preserving the original 100 year old walnut floor planks, exposing the original beams, doors and walls.

While we spend a lot of effort on keeping the rustic feel of the old house, we also brought in a few contemporary aspects.

This house has a huge 8 x 12 ft warehouse type window over looking wild flowers and red barns, 16 foot ceilings in living area, a great farm kitchen with oversized farm sink, antique cabinetry, white marble counter tops and stainless steel island and appliances.

There is a loft area with sectional and TV overlooking the living/dinning room and incredible views, charming bathroom with clawfoot tub.

We do allow well behaved pets with an additional deposit and cater to singles or families, please keep in mind that this is an old house with a steep staircase and lots of antiques and not exactly child proof, but we absolutely do allow kids.
