The entire ranch house can be rented for large groups. Smaller groups (maximum 6 people)can rent just the downstairs portion of the house (4 bdrm, 1 full bathroom) for a reduced rate of $150.
One special feature of this home is its location: it is on 10 private, quiet acres but only 3 miles from I-40 and easy access to the Grand Canyon (60 miles North), Flagstaff (15 miles East), Williams (15 miles West), and Sedona (60 miles South). It is a perfect location to explore all the area has to offer. Make day trips to Sunset Crater, Walnut Canyon, Meteor Crater, Wupatki, the Deer Farm (petting zoo), Oak Hill snow play area, Snowbowl Ski area, Oak Creek Canyon, and Spring Valley cross-country skiing/mtn biking area. Route 66 enthusiasts can see many sections of the original route just a few miles away. With a short drive to Williams you can catch the train to the Grand Canyon.
If your destination is the Grand Canyon you may think 60 miles is far away, but unless you stay in the Park (Grand Canyon National Park), there is limited lodging, most of which is in high desert with few trees. With just a short drive you can have easy access to the Canyon and all that Williams, Flagstaff and Sedona have to offer.
The entire 2nd floor makes up the master suite (large tv room, bedroom and full bathroom with oversized jacuzzi tub). This master suite also boasts a large balcony for enjoying morning coffee while keeping a look out for the elk that frequent the bordering forest service land.
