Surf Serenade is an exquisite home, recently completed in February 2008. This is luxury at its finest, from the beautiful location, directly on the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico to the designer appointed furnishings.
Unit B, the east unit is a perfect rental for two families, or one large family. The two master suites located on the second and third floors will pamper the adults with king beds, fine linens and towels, marble baths, and elegant dinning in the gourmet kitchen, bar and entertainment area.
Downstairs the kids can play and enjoy their own entertainment area with TV, DVD player, microwave, ice maker and mini fridge. The downstairs also features two bedrooms with full beds that share a full bath and a dormer room with three full beds and attached full bath.
Your entire group will be spoiled by the beauty and fun with the Gulf of Mexico at your toes when you walk from your private deck with outside hot/cold shower to the soft white sand and turquoise surf for a stroll down the beach or a nap on the lounges while you work on your tan.
Our home is a duplex, total of 7500 square feet, divided into two complete homes, rentable as either the total property, or the east or west units individually. The third floor master suite also has its own private balcony, the second floor master suite has a small balcony overlooking the pool and there is a balcony with table and chair seating overlooking the pool and lounge area

We just returned from a week at Sunrise Serenade, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone. The home is just perfect with high-end furnishings and details including a private pool and elevator. The location is private and quiet with the beach just steps from the deck. The beach was not crowded, even though this is peak season. The owners are wonderful and easy to deal with. The home is perfectly laid out with enought room to easily accommodate 15 people on each side. The home is kid-friendly, and because of the elevator is perfect for older guests as well. I simply cannot say enough good things about this property and we will be returning!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We’ve stayed in this home the past two years and hope to return again next year. The listing and photos accurately describe this property. It’s very clean and well maintained. You won’t be disappointed! We had a total of 13 guests in our party, but this home provided plenty of room. Several of us commented on the comfortable beds. The location of this property is perfect for us. With four young children in our party, the gulf front location makes it so much easier to carry the kids and all their related gear to the beach each day. Speaking of the beach, it’s amazing! This is one of the most secluded areas of 30A, but you are only a short drive to the grocery store and several great restaurants. For those of you that like to cook, this home has a well appointed kitchen. We’ve stayed in other rentals that had beautiful kitchens and appliances, but terrible (or missing) cookware. You won’t have that problem here. We usually prepare the majority of our meals and have always found all the needed pots, pans, baking dishes, ect. The kitchen also has high quality knives which we noticed when slicing vegetables and preparing fresh fish. If you have any questions or problems, Kerry is very responsive. We had a minor issue with heating the pool which she quickly resolved. Having visited the gulf coast for many years, this home is best place we’ve stayed. I highly recommend it. Favorite nearby activities/places: doughnut truck, Sugar Shak, Seagrove Market, Old Florida Fish House, Hurricane Oyster Bar, Red Bar, Goatfeather’s Seafood Market, Dead Fish Charters, Angelina's
