  This was our first time visiting Puerto Rico for my friends and I.and let me just say we had a blast and a really great time.We went for our spring break The people and culture and everything Puerto Rico had to offer was amazing. Upon our arrival Angel met us at the airport which was great and took us to the villa. At first it felt like it was about an hour ride to the house but it wasn't , the taxi was just driving really slow its probably about a half hour or so. The villa itself was nice, it had everything we needed.There were three bedrooms and the couch has a pull out bed so more than enough space, and thank God for that because we ended up meeting one of our friends who ended up staying with us. There is a Walmart about 15 minutes away. A car is definitely a must though, we thought we could get around by just taxi and we were mistaken we had to get a car in the end. Old San Juan isn't too far of a drive and there are plenty of beaches and little kiosks on the way out of Loiza, on a Friday night it would be packed with people and music, great time!! There is a pharmacy right at the end of the street as well as people who sell local food.There are two pools and we had access to a private beach which was nice.Angel was a very gracious host, giving us tips on the island and stuff and leading up to the trip stayed in contact to make sure all was well, which was appreciated. Overall this was a fun experience to have to spend time with friends. I definitely recommend it.Thank you Angel for allowing us to stay in your home we had a great time!

  We stayed at the condo during the Christmas Holiday and during our stay it was very quiet around the property. I have to say that I had some anxiety over the unknown but the unit and property is exactly as listed and are well maintained. The back porch has a large BBQ grill (very nice). The beach is beautiful (very rustic) but on a few days was a little rough (not beach season during December). Driving thru Loiza might make you a little uncomfortable if you are not familiar with the neighborhood, but we returned to the villa late at night a few times and we never had a problem. There is a small neighborhood pharmacy within walking distance but Walmart and the outlets are approx 15 mins away so a car is a must. The villa is close to El Yunque and Luquillo. The owner Angel is easy going and very accommodating. He communicated with me during the entire process and made it very simple. You can always count on him for information. Thank you Angel! We really enjoyed our stay. We hope to visit again soon!

  This was our first time to Puerto Rico and we had a fantastic time! The condo was everything we could ask for and more. Angel met us at the rental car store and drove us out to the development. The grounds and pools were very well maintained and the security guard made us feel very safe. The condo was in impeccable shape and had everything necessary to make our vacation a success. We look forward to coming back soon!

  The condo was absolutely lovely and my friends and I very much enjoyed our time there. The location was great and close to many of the popular sites of Puerto Rico like the rainforest and beaches. The beach at the property was breath-taking, very rustic, spotlessly clean and nobody else to be seen for miles. The condo was in great condition and had all the modern amenities that you could ask for. The condo has a small porch out front looking to the ocean and an nice patio on the back surrounded by trees. The owner, Angel, was very courteous and met us at the car-rental then drove us to the condo. That was much needed as I had never been to PR and the roads aren't marked. While we were at the condo the entire complex was almost vacant so we had everything to ourselves. I doubt that is the case year round but in April it was quiet and a great place to get away but still be close to many amenities and points of interest. I highly recommend this condo and hope to get back.

  Everything fine, met at the airport, took over the apartment, which is beautiful and in really good condition, and departure and arrival where as easy, as thy could be. The resort is nice and quiet and really tidy, nice beach on the backside. And the most important thing: The owner is easy going and really a nice guy, so I can just recommend this object. 5 stars from me

  I just returned from my trip to PR. We had a great time. The place is exactly as shown in the pics, which is a plus. The rooms are a good size, the bedrooms are comfortable, and the sofa is very comfortable. The pools and the beach are in within walking distance. The owner was pleasant and accommodating. He met us at the rental place and we followed him to the villa. The only reason I couldn't give this place 5 stars is due to its location. A rental is a must as it is 30 minutes away from San Juan. So keep that in mind if you're trying to check out the nightlife in PR. The local stores are not recommended if you do not speak spanish, your best bet would be to go to Walmart 15 minutes away. All in all, I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone. It's extremely cost effective in comparison to the hotels in San Juan, and it's great for a family looking for some relaxation in the sun.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.
