Welcome! This amazing second floor unit has a private balcony that overlooks the Rehoboth Bay and a heated condo swimming pool. It is located one block from the ocean on Van Dyke Street which is just south of the Rusty Rudder Restaurant.
This unit is tastefully decorated with many new amenities. There is a newly remodeled full size kitchen with new cabinetry, updated appliances, an ice maker, and a microwave. Also included are small appliances, dishes, silverware, and beverage refrigerator. There is tile flooring throughout the living room and kitchen area.

The living/dining area has a sectional sofa, LCD TV, 3 disc-CD changer w/iPod adapter, stereo, ceiling fan, air conditioning unit, sky light, and a counter height bar for dining. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, LED TV, and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. It also has an LED TV, ceiling fan, and an air conditioning unit. This condo can easily sleep five people. Tenants will need to bring sheets, towels and paper products.
In addition to the condo pool, there is an outdoor shower, tennis court, coin operated laundry facility, small game room, and a designated parking space.
You will find an extraordinary variety of restaurants to meet everyone's taste. There is also plenty of entertainment at the local bars and nightclubs. You can ride the trolley into Rehoboth and walk the boardwalk, shop, and visit Funland. Funland is an amusement area with rides and games for all ages. You can also shop at the tax-free outlets that line Route 1. There are also water parks and miniature golf available. Everything you need for the perfect vacation can be found here!
Rentals are Sat-Sat or Sun-Fri. Check-in on Saturday is 2 pm and check-out is 10 am. Check-in on Sunday is 2 pm and check-out on Friday is 10 am. Renters must be over 25 with proof of age required. A security deposit of $300 is required and a $50 cleaning fee is added to each rental.
There is also a 3 percent rental tax required by the town of Dewey.

- Dewey is known for its beaches, restaurants, night life, and location. Located within minutes to tax-free shopping outlet, Rehoboth Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park and the Cape May-Lewes Ferry. You can park your car for the week, if you wish. The "Jolley Trolley" runs between Dewey and Rehoboth. Dewey Beach is one mile long and a few blocks wide. Everything in Dewey is within walking distance.

We have beern coming to the Cove for 24 years! YES, The Gedneys were our second owners and probably the reason we have kept coming back. They are the nicest owners and have kept the place nice because they rent to people who appreciate other peoples property. They'er just good people and keep a nice place.
