  My family had a great first time vacation to Hilton Head staying in the villa! It was located close to the beach in a nice area of Hilton Head. I liked that it had two living areas to sit and relax, one where the kids could play and one for the adults to chat and relax. The villa was well equipped for making meals and spending time together. But when we did want to go out we were able to ride our bikes to many different great restaurants, particularly the Sea Shack, yum! We will be returning to this villa, hopefully sometime soon.

  We are "snowbirds" and chose this condo as our home away from home for 6 weeks, starting January 13, 2013. We really enjoyed the openness and brightness of the family room/kitchen in the condo. I especially liked the ease in preparing our meals in the very large kitchen. It was a real pleasure to sit on the two decks and watch the huge birds land and fish in the lagoon and also the golfers try to maneuver one of the most difficult holes at Shipyard golf course. The condo was large enough to accommodate 4 family members in an overnight stay. Every bed in the condo is quite comfortable. We also really liked the key-less entry. We want to thank the owners for letting us stay in their beautiful condo. We brought back many wonderful memories.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this lovely villa. Everything was as advertised and the unit was immaculately cleaned. The decks were a great spot to relax in the evenings with all sorts of furnishings. The key-less entry was so convenient and the car passes awaited us flawlessly as we entered Shipyard. This was our second stay at Beach Walk ; the proximity to the beach makes this a perfect getaway location and the comfort and luxury provided by the owner makes this villa an excellent choice to enjoy Hilton Head in the fullest! It was a total pleasure to stay here and we recommend this villa without reservation. We come to HHI every year and we find new and unique activities and restaurants, as well as "old favorites" every time. The Crazy Crab and Skillets are always excellent and The Jazz Corner can't be outdone if you enjoy "supper club" live music and delicious cuisine. Our find this year is the little jewel - Alfred's Restaurant - located in Plantation Center, fairly close to Shipyard main gate. The German Specialties (a rarity on the island) were exquisite. We will return next year to find more jewels and return to the treasures already found, including this inviting villa in Beach Walk! Thanks for the memories!

  We have been visiting Hilton Head since 1969. I have to say this is probably the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. The decks are amazing. The condo is beautifully decorated. Very spacious. We were down with 25 family members and having happy hour in our condo was not a problem.We especially liked the keyless entry-always a hassle trying to keep track of keys. When we arrived the condo was immaculate. We will definitely be back renting this one-it is a prize.

  This place was exactly what we needed! We have four young children and were looking for an annual vacation site and I think we found it. Perfect distance from the beach and great layout. Great value for the money. Highly recommended.

  Our family has stayed in Beachwalk 4 times now. This trip we used VRBO and rented #185179. We loved the unit. It was tastefully decorated, had plenty of room for our family, and was in a great location in the complex. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The two decks are a plus. The owners were great about responding to our questions by email and phone. Everything went very smooth as far as the contract, getting our passes, etc. We loved having the keypad door entry. There were no hassles with lost keys or making sure we had them when going to the beach. It is a very easy walk to the beach. We highly recommend staying here and plan on booking this unit again.

  This spacious and beautifully decorated villa has made it possible for our large family to take a long comfortable vacation. There is a big sunny greatroom right off the kitchen and a beautiful sunken livingroom....both equipped with T.V.'s so my husband and I were able to watch our shows while the kids played and watched tv in the other room or in their bedrooms. Having a washer and dryer on the first floor along with a large bathroom made life nice and easy. The bedrooms are very well-sized with ample closet space and beautiful views from each window. The master suite is HUGE!!! Not to mention....everyone had their own bathroom!!! I was able to prepare meals for my family in a brand new kitchen with top of the line appliances and amenities that I don't have at home. The views overlooking the water and golf course are breath-taking,and the multiple outdoor decks made my husband and I feel like we were in a luxury hotel. Our daily outing to the beach and pool with the children was so simple....both are just a short walk from this villa. Needless to say....our entire stay was delightful! Thank you so much. We are already making a reservation to stay in this exact place next year!!!
