Our spacious 2700 sq.ft. home is only seven years old with four large bedrooms, 2 Queen size beds and 3 king size beds. Master bedroom has full bath and a sleep number king size bed. One very large bedroom in the lower level has 2 King beds. First level has 3 bedrooms, living room, large kitchen with walk out to deck, dining room with walkout to covered deck.
Lower level has laundry room, full bath, very large bedroom and large family room with walk out to patio. Boat ramp with loading dock is a block away. Only 10 minutes from Burnside Marina and approximately 20 to 25 minutes from Conley Bottom Marina. Located in nice quiet subdivision with a fire pit in the back yard off deck. Very relaxing and laid back atmosphere. Must see to believe.
