The first floor of La Jolla has an ocean view master suite with a king bed and a garden view master suite with two queen beds. Both suites have air conditioning. There is an extra half bathroom as you enter the house along with a computer area and a comfortable kitchen/dining/living area overlooking the infinity pool and out to the open ocean.
The second floor of La Jolla has another master suite with king bed. It has an open and airy kitchen/dining/living area all under a natural wood/tile roofing which is very popular here in Mexico. From the entire second floor area you can look out across the terrace toward the dipping pool and beyond to enjoy awesome ocean views.

It’s a 3 minute walk to the steps that lead you down to Playa Carrizalillo which is the nicest swimming beach in town. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the Rinconada commercial strip for some small stores and restaurants, including El Cafecito.
From here you can also find affordable taxi service to all the attractions that Puerto Escondido has to offer such as shopping, restaurants, surfing, snorkeling, diving, fishing, swimming, kayaking, bird watching, Spanish language school, and more.
