Relax in Adirondacks or on the porch swing, surrounded by roses and jasmine. This 1906 Victorian cottage overlooks downtown, and North across the valley to Grizzly Peak. You will LOVE the location, it's literally about 300 yards to the Shakespeare and even less to the Oregon Cabaret! You can walk anywhere, you don't need a car!
Inside, morning sun pours into the dining room just in time for breakfast, while the bedrooms are cool and shady on the West side until late in the afternoon. If you're a little stiff from that hike through Lithia Park or on the Pacific Crest Trail, soak it off in the HotSpot hot tub, and relax on the rear deck under an old apple tree. We intend to make your stay comfy and peaceful while you visit the best Ashland has to offer in theaters, food, shops, and friendly folks.
Sleeping accommodations for more than 5 are possible on comfortable futons that act as couches otherwise. The "den" is actually a good-sized 3rd bedroom but is set up as a den with a queen futon, VCR, and adjustable lighting. It can be very private. The front room also has a futon couch that converts to an extra wide twin bed. Bedding is freshly stowed in the den closet.

If you want the house stocked with breakfast foods, fresh bakery items, beverages, wine and cheese, or other groceries when you arrive, we will "stock" your kitchen for a small fee.
