Let’s start by talking about the bedding arrangement: King, Queen, Twin Bunks, Queen Sleeper. That’s sleeping room for 8!
The first thing you’ll notice about this condo is the terrific views from the balcony. Outstanding! You’ll be spending lots of time here. Morning coffee. Afternoon pina coladas. Sunset wine coolers. Bring your binoculars so you can see the dolphins playing in the gulf.
The LIVING ROOM has plenty of room for the whole family. There’s a sofa that’s got a queen sleeper in it and a love seat that gives you plenty of room to relax. There’s a big TV with all the cable channels you’ll want or you can pop in your favorite DVD while you’re relaxing. And, there’s high speed internet if you want to do a little surfin’ inside when you’re not surfin’ outside.
The KITCHEN looks out over the water. It’s fully stocked so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grill cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. The Kitchen Bar makes it easy for everyone to grab a quick snack or a meal.
The DINING AREA comfortably seats six, and offers beach views so you never forget you’re at the beach.
And if you want to wash the sand out of your shorts, there’s a Washer/Dryer right there for you.
The MASTER SUITE is decked out with a KING SIZE BED. The décor as contemporary beach. It creates a place where you can relax with plenty of space to store your beachwear. A TV here too and DVD as well. You’ll also enjoy the tiled private bath with shower and garden tub. And, you’ve got direct access to the balcony. So, get up and walk out on the balcony and catch the morning sun.
The SECOND MASTER is decorated nicely as well. Plenty of space for everything you’ve brought to the beach. It’s got a QUEEN SIZE bed, TV with cable, and a DVD. This is a great little hideaway where you can catch up on your favorite beach book, or just grab an afternoon nap.
There’s also a THIRD BEDROOM with BUNKS that’s a kid friendly suite so that the kids have a little play and sleeping area.

The condo is very large and the balcony is awsome. the beds are like sleeping on bricks and they have no boxsprings so they sit almost on the floor. There were lights out all over the condo when we arrived so in the first few hours I was on the phone to maintance. You can't run more than 2 showers at a time there isn't enough water pressure. No inside lock on the front door so if you have small children you have to put a chair in front of the dooor. Chairs are broken inside and outside. tables on the patio are broken. The hottub on the patio is NASTY and the water runs all the time. the trash compactor is broken. the showers all have the knobs lose or falling off in the middle of your shower.closet doors in laundry area are off and it takes 2-2 1/2 hrs to dry a load of laundry. drapes are dirty and falling down.the TV's in the bedrooms are 13" and/or Very old and outdated. It is very ill equiped for 12 people not enough towels, washclothes,pots and pans or eating utensils, not even a wine opener. No ceiling fans in the condo anywhere. Blender was broken. Some of the mirrors are cracked we had 3 babies so we had to tape the cracks so they didn't cut themselves. Not enough setting at the dinning room table for even 8 people to sit. Dish washer and Refigerator are old and outdated. While we enjoyed the extra room I wouldn't stay here again, it was like everytime I turned around we found something else wrong or broken. I would like to invite the owner of this condo to invite his family and friends to stay for a week and see how he likes it.Owner response: Sonny here. Thanks for the review. We always appreciate getting feedback. There's a couple of things that this guest apparently missed out on. First, when there are any housekeeping issues we ask our guests to let us know within 24 hours so we can fix them. That includes things like lightbulbs being out and batteries being dead in the remotes and so on. Since this property has been sold to new owners, things like new patio furniture are in the offing. But I was there yesterday and there are two tables with seating for 8 on the balcony as well as plenty of chairs and loungers. Again, if anythings broken, we replace it when the guest tells us. The property has four bathrooms and each one is equipped with enough towels and washcloths for 4. That's 16 of everything. Now you have to wash your towels during the week but you've got more than enough. And, if anything's broken like a blender, all you have to do is call our office (it's right in the building) and we come fix or replace it. So, while things don't always work 100%, we're right there to fix any problems we know about when you stay with us. And one more thing, you won't find a bigger condo with better views in Tops'l. Oh, one more thing. About the beds. The beds in this condo are firm. But not like bricks. In fact I tested them all when I saw this review. Unless you like your mattress super soft you won't have any trouble with these.
