  We loved this property! It was the perfect size for our family. The bunk room was so dark that the kids slept late every morning. I would recommend this and stay here again. Thanks for our welcome bucket as well!!! The Rader's

  My family had a wonderful time at this condo! Ree was super nice to deal with! Upon our arrival, we noticed how clean everything was and we also found a nice gift basket waiting for us. There are plenty of towels, dishes, everything you will need. The view is beautiful. The first day we were sitting on the balcony and saw a school of dolphins swim by! We will be back!

  This condo was perfect for our family! It was pet friendly, clean, great view, & had everything we needed. Condo owner was very nice & easy to deal with. We will likely stay here again next summer.

  March 2010 review. Robert Baumbach Pennsylvania Review Submitted April 7, 2010 Date of Stay March 1, 2010 The owners were easy to work with. The condo was clean and nicely furnished with unique decor that complimented the location right on the beach. We found that being on the no-drive part of the beach was a plus. The complex grounds are nicely maintained and we loved the wood deck near the beach. The owners had furnished everything needed to have arelaxing vacation. We wished that there had been a laundry in the unit or more machines in the laundry rooms. There were lots of great restaurants in NSB and we rode our bikes on the beach to downtown. Bicycle storage was a small problem and the owner shared a small store room but the space was cramped for two bikes. Ther was not a bike rack on the property. Overall the condo was a great place to spend quality time at the beach. We would recommend this property highly.

  This property definitely exceeded my expectations! It is even better than the pictures depict. The ocean is directly in front of you and the 4th floor was high enough up that we could leave the sliding glass door open at night and listen to the relaxing sounds of the surf. The property is very clean and Ree has thought of all the nice little extra touches such as beach towels, beach chairs, books etc. Plus there is everything you need for cooking. The condo is wonderfully decorated.

  My wife and I spent a week down at NSB, in October and LOVED this rental. Landlord was a pleasure to deal with thru the entire process, and the location/cost of this unit was perfect. Just steps from the beach, and walking distance to everything, we cant wait to return. Having a kitchen was such a perk, one trip to the grocery store and we had what we needed for the week.   My family has rented in this complex before as we love this area of New Smyrna Beach, however, this unit was MUCH nicer than the others we rented. We also liked dealing directly with the friendly owners and bypassing the condo office. The unit was extremely clean when we arrived and looked exactly like the pictures shown here. The kitchen and bath have been renovated and have beautiful tile, and the owners provide many extras for the guests. The unit has plenty of towels, beach chairs and toys, and we were greeted with a welcome note and beach bucket full of snacks. The direct ocean view is fantastic--watch the dolphins swim by right from the unit. This is by far the best bargain on the beach! We will be back to rent again.

  This condo was perfect for our week-long stay! The unit was very well-equiped for our entire stay. Plenty of towels, sheets, linens, etc...kitchen had everything we needed for cooking...there was also plenty of beach-going equipment. To top it all off the unit was nicely updated! The paint-schemes were definitely very festive, and I would say that the pictures on the internet definitely do this unit justice. The owners of this unit were extremely easy to deal with! Answered all of our questions, and everything went exactly as they explained to us. We have family who rented through the onsite property management company...and both of them had disappointing experiences....which made our rental decision even better. To sum it all up: It was a great week, in a great unit, at a great property! Had a blast! We would certainly stay here again, and hopefully we get the opportunity! Thanks again
