This 5th floor unit has two bedrooms, two baths and fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico & beach from the balcony & both bedrooms. It is equipped with everything you need for comfortable living including wireless Internet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator/ice maker, stove with microwave, new dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and a full supply of dishes, utensils and cookware. The laundry room is equipped with a new washer/dryer, iron and board and vacuum cleaner. The large dining table seats 6 with a bar that seats 2. The 2 bedrooms have queen size beds with a new queen size sofa sleeper in the living area.
The grounds at Tradewinds are clean and tropical along with the Gulf breeze for a totally relaxing atmosphere. Chair and umbrella rentals are available on the beach and the indoor/outdoor heated pool is beachside.
It is located 30 miles between Mobile, AL (visit the USS Alabama Battleship) & Pensacola, FL (visit the Pensacola Naval Museum). In the heart of Orange Beach and 5 miles from Gulf Shores, it is also within blocks of resturants (yummy seafood), grocery stores and shopping. Across the street is Adventure Island & only 3 miles to The Wharf, where you will find a movie theater, restaurants, shopping & an amphitheater for live concerts.

Why the Owner Chose Tradewinds
When our children were young we enjoyed going to Orange Beach and Tradewinds provides the comfort and ease I looked for. We enjoy this complex for it's location and peacefullness. I was impressed by it's size and layout.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Tradewinds is 14 floors and 107 units so it is not overwhelming. It is near an abundance of resturaunts, grocery stores, The Wharf (concerts in the amphitheater), water sport rentals, souvenir shops and Adventure Island is across the street.

This condo was great, nice and clean,had everything you needed. The beach was awesome and a short walk from condo.We had a great,relaxing time and hope to be back. The owners were friendly and easy to talk with.I would definately recommend this condo for anyone looking to relax and kickback. There were lots of place to eat close to the condo.Bahama Bob's is a great place to eat.

Our "girls time out" was great and the condo couldn't be more beautiful! I have stayed in several condo's in the Orange Beach area over the last 10 years and this was the best. Everything was very clean and equipped with everything anyone could need. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay! The owner was always available to answer questions prior to our stay. While we were given a gift certificate to Tacky Jack's Restaurant (and it was good, but closes at 10) our favorite was Zeke's. The crab cakes were the best!

We stayed in the condo for spring break 2011 and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was clean, very comfortable and well maintained. The location was excellent for short trips to the Naval Aviation Museum and the outlet shops in Foley. Our stay was so much fun and we really loved the condo!

My sis-in-law and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was super clean and comfy, and a perfect place to de-stress. It was nice having our own full-size beds and separate full bathrooms. We spent a lot of time lounging on the balcony, listening to the waves and enjoying the sun. The owner Gayle went out of her way to accommodate us. Highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed here Dec 15, 2009 to Mar 15, 2010 and there isn't enought space here to mention all the great things about this delightful condo and the wonderful owners, Gayle & Jeff. The condo was exactly as described and was easily the cleanest one we've stayed in since we began "snowbirding" 5 years ago! Gayle, put more pictures in your listing. The ones shown don't do your place sufficient justice! We've never had owners so helpful & so accommodating....right down to some lovely Christmas decorations to helps us "feel the spirit" while away from home for the holidays. They were always available to answer questions and provide suggestions. We couldn't have been happier and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!! We highly recommend this beautiful place to one and all! Feel confident that you will have nothing to worry about when renting from Gayle. She thinks of everything and works hard to meet your expectations & anticipate your needs. Thanks again for making our winter getaway one we will always remember and appreciate. You and your beach condo really are the best!

We stayed in this condo Aug 8-12, 2009 and really enjoyed our stay. The location on the beach is great and the condo is clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. We even enjoyed a few books from the library while relaxing on the beach. The owners are easy to work with-- this was a very enjoyable vacation.
