Amenities include a two car garage, two living areas with ample seating, dining area, breakfast nook, full size kitchen with all the appliances you will need - fridge, freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal, full size stove, microwave, blender, kettle, toaster, ample cupboard space, pots and pans, cutlery and dishware. There is also a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board in the home.??The home is further equipped with 3 color TV's, VCR and DVD Player. With complimentary Wireless High-Speed Internet Access, complimentary local, long distance and international calls to Italy – France – Spain – UK - Ireland, cable TV, home and pool alarm and 24 hour support from the local management company.

The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, a large en suite bathroom and full size TV. Bedroom 2 has a full size double bed and TV, bedrooms 3 and 4 have two twin (single) beds in each. All bedrooms have ample closet and drawer space, linens and towels.

  • I took my family on a last minute vacation and we had a ball. The property manager responded to all of my service requests. The kids had a ball in the pool each night. After long days at Wet N Wild we would come back to the villa and it was convenient and very relaxing. Everything was close by. We will return again one day. Thank you Andrea for everything.

  • We were three seniors that spent 11 weeks in this home. It was beautiful, nicely decorated and the pool was wonderful. Any questions that we had were answered immediately with just a call or email to property manager. He was very helpful. Shopping was close by as were a wide variety of restaurants. If I return to Florida in the future for an extended stay I will surely contact this owner again.
