Nestled among the trees and surrounded by hundreds of thousands of acres of Mountain Paradise in the Eagles Nest Wilderness area, our three bedroom, three and one-half bath townhouse gives you the cozy feeling of seclusion. Yet you are only a few minutes from town, skiing, and golf!
You can snuggle by one of two fireplaces in the living room or master bedroom, bake a loaf of fresh bread in the automatic bread maker, and read a good book from our library. Or, you can hike or cross-country ski in the wilderness area steps from your front door.
You can enjoy world-class shopping at the dozens of factory outlet shops nearby, enjoy a first-class recreation center/gym with three large indoor pools with water slides for the kids, or enjoy the on-premises clubhouse with pool and two hot tubs.
Hop into your car parked in the heated garage or simply take a five-minute walk to catch the FREE shuttle that runs every half hour to the local ski areas and to nearby Frisco, Dillon, and Silverthorne. You will be about 15-20 minutes from Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Loveland Ski areas. Arapaho Basin and Vail/Beaver Creek are about a half an hour away.

We purchased "Elk House" as a quiet sanctuary so conveniently located for wilderness activities and yet close to any amenity you can imagine. We live down in the "flats" & believe in keeping our second home in outstanding condition for when we want to get away & for our VRBO guests. It is a "turn key" situation with everything you would want or need.
