101 Linda Lane is a dream beach cottage. Located directly on the beach on the north end of ANNA MARIA. It is uniquely situated at the north end of the 7 mile stretch of pristine white beach that only Anna Maria has. My family has had many million dollar days enjoying the beach during the day, and gorgeous sunsets every evening. Very fun and beach chic decor.
The cottage is children friendly. It is the only house in the area that has green grass in the back of the home before the beach. That area is perfect for tossing a football or watching little ones. The house is also very private. It would be great for a honeymoon or romantic get-away. One can enjoy morning coffee on the back patio in your PJ's. Walk down miles of wide white sandy beaches. Take a stroll to the Sand Bar Restaurant and enjoy a cool drink as you listen to the steel drum band play another tropical tune.
Later enjoy a five star meal at one of the fantastic and unique restaurants. Take in a live show at the Island Players Play House and walk over to the Beach Boutique for some Island wares or stop at the ice cream parlor for a tasty treat! You will love your stay at our Island getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Anna Maria
I love Anna Maria. My family has been coming to this island since the 60's. It has retained it's quaint feel, and yet has become so much more sophisticated over the past few years. It is the one place I can relax. There are now plenty of dining choices which only seem to improve with time. Pine Ave is cute as a button now with all the unique boutiques.
The Unique Benefits of this House
I love the Linda Lane property since it is directly on the beach, yet it is private. I especially enjoy my morning coffee in the backyard. Sunsets are amazing. Long walks on beach is how I stay in shape and not feel guilty about fine dining in the evening. My children also seem relaxed and enjoy long days on the beach or just chilling at the house.

My whole family stayed here on vacation in 2010 and me and it brought all of us together so much more... Me and my girlfriend were so moved by the location and beaches that we just got married in anna maria this year about a month ago. I would recommend this rental to anyone who is looking for a quiet beach getaway that will keep you wanting to come back to anna maria year after year....:)
Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.
