Paso Robles is located in the heart of the Central Coast wine district. What better place to stay than on our working vineyard. We grow five varietals: cabernet sauvignon,malbec,petit verdot,albarino and petit syrah. There is also an olive orchard with tuscan varietals on our property.
Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 3 bath, California ranch style home on our gated 85 acre working vineyard in the rolling hills of Paso Robles. When you arrive you will be greeted with a bottle of our 2007 Barr Estate Winery cabernet sauvignon . Breakfast items will be in the refrigerator. Coffee and tea are provided. We will be happy to grocery shop for you at no additional cost other than the grocery items.
Our home is NON SMOKING. It has been newly furnished and decorated. It accomodates six very comfortably. There is a living room with wood burning fireplace,plantation shutters, 37" plasma flatscreen TV, separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen with island, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and garage. There is also parking available for a boat or RV.
The large private walled patio with pool, hot tub and built-in BBQ is a great spot for al fresco dining and enjoying the starry nights. Lots of sunshine for sunbathing! The views overlooking our vineyard are lovely.
Our home has central air and heat, ceiling fans, Wi Fi internet access, satellite TV and local phone service. Our vineyard is located on Union Rd. just off Hwy.46. Wineries, tasting rooms, airport, golf courses, restaurants,farmers' markets, parks and town are a short drive. Hearst Castle and San Luis Obispo beaches are not far.
