Walking distance to Warm Springs Ski Lift, restaurants and shops. On free KART bus route. Close to bike path, 2 miles from downtown Ketchum, and 3 miles to Sun Valley village.
Items of note: The Prospector condominiums are located on Warm Springs Creek 3 Hot Tubs, 1 in front of unit, 2 Private Tennis Courts, 2 Pickle Ball Courts, Swimming Pool and Wading pool, Covered Barbeque Pavilion for use by guests in summer on premises. The Prospector Condominiums are very family oriented. This unit is located at the end of the cul de sac, therefore it is quiet and private. There is also a nice grassy area in front of the large deck.

Why the Owner Chose Ketchum
We bought this condo in The Prospector condiminuim project because we love the close proximity to the bottom of the ski mountain, the location on Warm Springs Creek , the pool and hot tubs. Warm Springs is 2 miles from downtown Ketchum, very close to the free local bus route and bike path.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The condo is located at the end of the cul de sac, therefore it is very private and quite.One of the three complex hot tubs is located 30 steps from the front door. The Prospector Condos are very family friendly, complete with tennis courts, pickle ball,childrens playground and seasonal swimming pool. Our condo has a large wooden deck with barbeque and seating for 6 comfortably.
