This highly prized 1,500 sq foot Prospector Condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms . It sleeps 6 very comfortably. It was completely remodeled in 2005. It has been selectively rented by owner. Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and a granite tiled countertop.
Walking distance to Warm Springs Ski Lift, restaurants and shops. On free MOUNTAIN RIDE bus route. Close to bike path, 2 miles from downtown Ketchum, and 3 miles to Sun Valley village.
Items of note: The Prospector condominiums are located on Warm Springs Creek 3 Hot Tubs, 1 in front of unit, 2 Private Tennis Courts, 2 Pickle Ball Courts, Swimming Pool and Wading pool, Covered Barbeque Pavilion for use by guests in summer on premises. The Prospector Condominiums are very family oriented. This unit is located at the end of the cul de sac, therefore it is quiet and private. There is also a nice grassy area in front of the large deck.

Why the Owner Chose Ketchum
As 35 plus year residents we love living in Warm Springs.We bought this condo in The Prospector condiminuim project because we love the close proximity to the bottom of the ski mountain, the location on Warm Springs Creek , the pool and hot tubs. Warm Springs is 2 miles from downtown Ketchum, very close to the free local bus route and bike path.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The condo is located at the end of the cul de sac, therefore it is very private and quite.One of the three complex hot tubs is located 30 steps from the front door. The Prospector Condos are very family friendly, complete with tennis courts, pickle ball,childrens playground and seasonal swimming pool. Our condo has a large wooden deck with barbeque and seating for 6 comfortably.

Pat and Alex have lived in Ketchum, Idaho for over 35 years. Alex is a succesful Real Estate agent and partner at Sun Valley Associates. Pat is a loving wife and homemaker.They have two adult sons born and raised in Ketchum.We divide our free time hunting, skiing, camping and traveling.

This was the perfect condo for our family of 5 over the Christmas holidays. Easy access to the mountain, nordic trails, hot tub, and excellent restaurants. The condo has every amenity, is beautifully decorated, and was spacious yet cozy. We highly recommend it and hope to come again.

Our stay in your condo was terrific. It is even more beautiful than we expected. Every detail was thought out from the comfortable beds to the soft towels. Comfort was obviously a top priority here. We have never stayed in a cleaner place. We will highly recommend your place to others.

This is one of the nicest units in the Prospector complex. Tastefully remodeled and well furnished. Loved the large outside deck w/ hot tub steps away. Would rent it again in a heartbeat. Very reasonably priced.

After almost 35 years staying at Prospector 177, we again arrive at newly remodeled condo-we hardly recognize. You have done such a great job- The condo is warm and comfortable and the deck spectacular! .....We hate to leave as always-
