This home is everything the advertisement says.The presentation on arrival was wonderfully done. It is clean, all ammenities are provided. We were there the month of february 2012, for four weeks and enjoyed the heated pool. It is very close to Disney.. about 10 minutes away. The whole community is quiet and secluded with gated security staffed at all times. This home is perfect for any family...two of the bedrooms are completely at opposite end of the house. Also, there are no stairs to negotiate. A simple communication malfunction was repaired very quickly. We had beautiful herons just behind in the little lake. There are no houses behind you and we even saw fireworks from Disney a couple of times. We would definately rent again. Two Happy Canadians

e had a wonderful time in Florida and I am a little slow getting back into the swing of my regular routine. We did arrive a little early on Saturday (our flight arrived at 12:00 and after sorting out our rental car we were at the house by 1:30) and tried the key box but we were not able to key in our code. We walked over to the clubhouse and sat by the pool with a drink and relaxed for an hour or so. By the time we walked back, the property managers had then been to the house and set everything up for us. The house was clean and the pool was ready to go. I called the property managers on Sunday evening because we found the pool was not heating up and they came by to check the pool on Monday when we were away. All was well after that. The ladies at the club house were very helpful and we did speak to them a few times regarding tickets for the attractions and shopping. When we shopped for our groceries we did purchase a few staples such as dishwashing soap, laundry soap and toilet paper as these items were not available. I'm not sure if they should have been there or if there is a reason you don't keep those items on hand. We didn't mind purchasing the extra items and left the surplus for the next renters. We found the washer/dryer came in handy and eliminated bringing unnecessary clothing. As far as location, your home was perfect. We were close to the airport, shopping and all the sites. We had a great day at Disney, Downtown Disney, Universal Studios, and Cocoa Beach. The kitchen is well equipped and with the exception of Monday and Thursday evenings we enjoyed dinner in. Overall, we had a great week. I'm sure there would have been no complaints if we had to stay another week! We all arrived home rested and tanned and I would definitely refer friends/family to your home if they were considering a stay in Florida. Thank you for all your help and for being so accommodating with our date change. It worked out well for us as far as scheduling flights and arriving home with a day to catch up. Cindy

Yes we had a fabulous time!!! We even gave a passenger on the plane the info. because he over heard us raving about it. We made so many wonderful memories. Every time we get together we talk about it. Which I'm sure will last a lifetime. We'll definitely return. We wanted to post on the website, what is the best way to do that? The family have just returned home from a fantastic 5 week holiday in Orlando. We were delighted with what has now become our home away from home in Florida, and we would just like to thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home again. The heated pool was one of the highlights of the holiday for our children.They loved relaxing by the pool and indeed sometimes they preferred to stay there than hit the parks. The new paint work outside, tiles in the pool, new pool cushions and king bed were a great surprise and much appreciated. Yet again the home was immaculate. The villa is perfectly situated for anyone planning a "parks and shopping" trip to Orlando and the private pool and jacuzzi are a great way to refresh tired bodies after a day on the rollercoasters or in the shopping malls. This will be our choice every time when we come to Florida.

We stayed at this premise for 7 nights. It was just beautiful. It was our home away from home. We had many lovely meals cooked in the fully equipped kitchen and we had great time by the pool. The perfect way to unwind after a full day enjoying the theme parks. It was just 10 minutes from Disney land and conveniently located closer to 24hr Wal-Mart for a quick shopping. I would highly recommend any one to go there and I would definitely stay there again when we visit Orlando. Wish we had more time to enjoy the club house and the volleyball court.

Everything was exactly what we had expected from the information provided, it was great, a great location and clean. If we visit the area again we will be looking to stay there and will pass along to friends. However being from Newfoundland and Canada and it being in midst of the Stanley cup playoffs the cable package did not include stations that carried the games. I will also mention we had to add quite an amount of water to the pool each morning, maybe that is standard. The girls loved having the privacy of the pool. Thanks appreciated the opportunity to stay at your home.

Your home was a very comfortable place for my family to stay during our vacation. It was especially good for our kids who loved the Minnie & Mickey pillows in the bedroom. The pool and game room were great for unwinding after a day at the amusement park. The only suggestions I have are these: It would be helpful to have trash bags provided. We were not able to dispose of the garbage mid-week and we weren't going to buy a box of trash bags when we only needed one more. Also, dishwashing soap would be helpful. We placed the dirty dishes in the dishwasher but were not able to wash any or run the dishwasher with soap. However, we enjoyed our stay at your establishment.

My family and I really enjoyed staying in your lovely home! It felt so much like home and everything was so nice and clean! Thank you so much for giving us the privilege. The house was very well supplied with linens and kitchen utensils, but the only thing that I can think of is maybe having some hand soap available. One thing I think most people forget to bring. Otherwise, perfect! We will definitely keep you all in mind for our future visits and highly recommend you to our friends. Thanks again.

Thursday, August 13 2009 II thought I would let you know what a wonderful vacation we had in florida!! Thank you so very much for allowing us to rent your home!! It is beautiful there and we really enjoyed it!! The only thing I recommend is that the palm tree branches that belong to the palm near the front door be trimmed back. They literally attacked us as we walked by the sidewalk towards the front door. The house itself is in great condition!! The pool was wonderful and clean. The house itself was clean as well. It could use a few more towels and washcloths especially for larger families that stay there. Also, I wish there was more table seating for more than 6 guests. We have a family of 7 and had to take turns eating at the table. I added a pizza cutter and gallon pitcher for tea to your house. I know that these will be greatly used as well. We really did enjoy using your house for our vacation!! Thank you so very much!!! I would like to know if this house is available Sept. 4-7 for 3 nights? We had a wonderful time in Orlando and enjoyed your house. The only thing I can think of is maybe another TV in the guest room by the garage since all the other rooms have TV's( TV has been added). Your house is very comfortable and such a great location. The Flynn's were easy to work with and even called to make sure we got in okay since there was such heavy rain on our drive down. I will definitely tell family and friends about your house.

I've been meaning to email you since we got back almost a month ago and now just getting the time to do so. Our family just loved your home!! The only problem was that we didnt have enough time there. It was so busy going to Disney for the week. I'm hoping in the next year or so to be able to return again but for longer next time. We had a wonderful vacation in Florida. Flynn's of Florida responded immediately to our request for help. Their assistance was very professional. Just to clarify, my daughter locked the door when she left the room so there was no emergency. We were puzzled that we could not find a key to unlock the door. The children's room was one of two doors that required a house key to unlock. The gentlemen that responded mentioned that he would attempt to find the keys at his office. Obviously he was unsuccessful and changed both door knobs. The house was perfect for our family and when we return to Orlando some day, we certainly will call you for availability. This was our first experience renting a house and we really enjoyed it, a memorable trip! Thank you, Eric and Francine

I have to tell you, we had a comfortable stay at your home. Both Laurie and myself were very pleased with everything on the property. Biggest draw for us for your house in particular was the private rear area. We took a drive around Emerald Island and noticed that a lot of homes had their pool and patio areas visible to us... not a plus!! Your beds were comfortable, internet and hot tub worked great, pool was warm after first night, house was clean, spacious, decor was attractive, what was not to like??? As much as my husband wanted a BBQ on site, we did not use it, neither of us was interested in cooking! We moved the coffee table in the living area out to the games room, as we had 2 toddlers running around. I asked Laurie her opinion on how the home could be improved, we both had to think long and hard on that one. Only one minor item finally came to mind, and that would be a window dressing or a blind on the front door sidelight. All in all it was a great stay, you have a beautiful home and we will be sure to highly recommend it to any of our friends or family. Regards, Kim Freeman
