I went to Puerto Rico with 3 of my friends from school for spring break this year and the condo was perfect for the 4 of us. The location was great. It was right around the corner from the beach, 2 streets from the San Juan Hotel & Casino, and about a 7 minute cab ride from the airport. It is located in the main tourist area and we felt nothing but safe the whole trip. Everything we needed was already in the condo and there was a binder offering helpful tips and places to go. Overall we had a great time. I would love to go back and would recommend this condo to anyone. Thanks Willie!

I cant thank you enough Bill! The apartment was absolutely beautiful and was everything we expected and more! It was extremely clean and had everything we needed! The neighbors were also extremely friendly and very helpful with information regarding day trips and such. The apartment was also in a perfect location to where we wanted to be!! (The rest of our friends were jealous!) My boyfriend loved your movie collection, especially the Tyson movie! :) We cant wait to come back! When we do I would absolutely love to rent from you again! The entire experience was so simple and made our loves so much easier. Thank you so much again! You and your wife have a beautiful apartment!! It was by far the best trip and best experience renting from you!

Winter Vacation

My stay at this apt was pleasant.. The apartment is very clean, especially the bathroom, comfortable and most of all safe. There is secured parking and walking distance to any restaurants, hotels, casinos and two blocks away from the Isla Verde Beach and very close to Carolina Beach. There is no cable, but most of the time we were out. The apartment is exactly the way it's in the picture no surprises. It is a nice place. I would stay there again. Ev.

We stayed here for 4 nights between a cruise and vacation in Aruba. This studio was perfect for us. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for snacks and small meals. It's ideally located for a short stroll to the beach, restaurants, bus stop, shops, and casinos.

Vacation

My family of three including 3.5yr old daughter had a great time here. I was pretty familiar with the area before arrival because Bill already provided detailed information and tips. The location was very safe and convenient. We took a bus to San Juan and walked to nearby hotels for visit at night. There was a great beach for little kid at Pinone (5minute drive to east). We visited this beach twice and enjoyed the snacks near the beach. Vieques was great for a day trip. We will surely revisit Puerto Rico. Thanks, Bill! Review Rating [5] out of 5

Me and a few of my girlfriends went and stayed here. We had a blast. Close to everything. Restaurants, entertainment, casinos and the beaches which was the best part. Highly recommend it.

Family Vacation

There were 4 of us staying in the condo and we never felt the least bit crowded. The location was great! Less than a min. walk away were resturants and the casino. The local supermarket was a short drive. We rented a car and had a secure spot to park it at the condo. The beach was right around the corner!

My two children and I spent Spring break at this condo. The location was perfect: 2 blocks from the beach, shady palm trees and 80 deg water. Everything was clean and in good order. Bill answered all my questions, so that when I arrived, I felt very comfortable getting around. Isla Verde is a really good starting off point for touring and exploring. The #A5 bus is right on the corner and goes West to Old San Juan. It's a bit of a wait for the bus and a 45min ride, but it was nice to chat with the other passengers about sights along the way. I am glad we did not try to drive. It's also extremely easy to drive East from the condo to Luquillo (must eat at the kioscos!) and El Yunque. We rented a car from the dealer you can see from the condo window-they were great. You can take highways, but we really liked the coastal road #187. This was our first trip to PR and staying at Bill and Luz place made it a very positive one. I would recommend to family and friends. Thanks!

Had a wonderful time, very quaint and quiet area, but still very close to the airport. Condo was very cozy and roomy, and neighbors very friendly. Great location: 5 minute walk to beach and to casino’s. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Also very close to public transportation. There’s even an internet café on the corner. Would definitely recommend, and will return next year.

Great location, close to the airport, yet quiet area to relax. 5 minute walk to beach, and casinos. Convenient location for food shopping, and restaurants. Spacious room with beautiful décor. Very comfortable. Everything provided right down to beach chairs and cooler. Recommend renting a car to see sites; however, there is public transportation right up the street that will take you all over. Friendly area, friendly people. Lots of fun; will return next year.
