Vacation Rental Description:
Beautifully maintained rustic cottage on the West Shore of Cayuga Lake. 15 miles North of Ithaca, via Route 89. 2 miles to Lucas Vineyards & 5.5 miles to Sheldrake Winery. Taughannock State Park is a short 4 mile drive.
Cottage has expansive front deck with furniture, umbrella. Property has 100 feet of lake front access with a private dock, boathouse and patio.
Deck overlooks the Lake with beautiful sunrise views. Open kitchen and living room have ample space.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Fully Equipped Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Trash bags & cleaning supplies will be provided.
You are responsible for linens, towels. There will be plenty of blankets at the cottage.
Diego's Lake cottage is about 900 square feet, with one bedroom downstairs and a loft upstairs. The loft is spacious, however the ceilings are not meant for someone tall. It is really for kids. It has two double beds and beautiful views of the lake.
The deck and dock are spectacular!
The kitchen has a Bosch gas range, Whirlpool refrigerator - no dishwasher.
TV with DVD. No cable service.
Gas Grill.
Two fans.
Board Games
Extensive Movie and Book collection.
No phone land line. Strong Cell zone.
Parking for 3 vehicles on the property.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation; the balance (also non-refundable) is due 3 weeks prior to the reservation start date.
A $350 security deposit will also be due 3 weeks prior to the reservation start date. Deposit will be refunded within 15 days of departure pending no excessive cleaning or damages.
