Come and enjoy the very peaceful environment on our covered outdoor patio next to the crystal blue heated saltwater pool and spa while gazing at an openwater view of beautiful Lake Conroe .
Everyone will enjoy the game room, pool and lake amenities. This 3800-square-foot, custom home is located in the exclusive gated neighborhood of South Shore Estates, off of Highway 105, and blocks from food markets, restaurants and shopping.
Marina is adjacent to property and provides boat rentals and all water crafts. Property has large dock and lifts for 2 jet skis and up to a 26ft boat. Enjoy the pool/spa, fishing, grilling, jet skiing, boating or just relaxing on the beautiful lake.
We prefer to rent to families with not more than 8 adults and 4 children in their group. We will not consider parties, weddings or prom events.
There are 2 Master bedrooms in our home which makes it perfect for 2 families. 2 Queen size beds in Master up, and, 1 King in the Master down. 2 sets of Bunk beds and 1 queen Murphy that has a breathtaking view of the lake, and great balcony. Bring your Kindle and relax on the lake! Please, NO SMOKING,and NO PETS.
$500 Security deposit required. $160 Cleaning Fee. Add 6.25% state tax to price. Please tell me the ages of your children upon inquiry. Our rental agreement must be strictly adhered to.

My wife and I rented this property for 1 week. I was able to relax like I have not done in over 20 years. The home was magnificent, the access to conveniences could not have been better. Although the add suggested a "video library", I did not find one but, I did not rent this home to watch movies. First class all the way. I will do this again in a heartbeat.

We stayed here for memorial weekend and had a BLAST!! The kids had so much fun swimming, fishing, and riding the jet ski's we rented at April Plaza Marina. This house is just beautiful and the pictures just don't do it justice. We love this place and we are already trying to book dates for July! Elaine is a sweetheart and works hard at making everyone happy! Thank you Elaine for such a wonderful weekend!

This property has 2 Masters suites one up(2 Queens), one down(King)that will allow 2 families to enjoy the house comfortably. 4 bunk beds and 1 Queen murphy bed provide plenty of sleeping space. Electronics GALORE! PS3, Blue Ray and huge tv in family room. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need for a great holiday on the lake. The views from almost every room are breathtaking. Great Property!
