Enjoy this secluded, charming home located just minutes to Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, and Alpine Meadows Ski Resorts. Find nature's best out your back door; 1000 miles of forest service make it convenient to mountain bike, hike, walk the dogs, and cross-country ski. Less than one mile from an awesome 400-foot sandy beach, state park surrounded by tall pines trees, and barbecue park benches.
This modern-day cozy home features a wood-burning fireplace stove, granite counter tops, stone floors, clean cozy furniture, open beam ceilings, claw foot tub, decks, and privacy. The flat driveway makes it easy to access the home in the winter season.
Well-behaved dogs are allowed when accompanied by responsible pet owner. Please send pet photo.

1. We like North star they have a great family fun resort and they have the best costumer service. They have the best ice rink because it is outdoors. They also have a great food selection.
2. For breakfast downtown Truckee is a great spot look for the Wagon Wheel.
3. for lunch Jakes on the Lake in Tahoe City or The Dubliner at Squaw Valley.
4. For Diner Christy Hill in Tahoe City they have the best views and great costumer service.
5. For a quick bite to eat the Dam Café in Tahoe City.
6. For the kids Rosie in Tahoe City or Coyote Moon in Truckee.
7. Trying to impress someone take them to West Shore Cafe.
8. Show someone a good time Plump Jacks in Squaw Valley.
9. A must when you come to Tahoe is to see Emerald Bay and the water falls (located on the west shore) pack a lunch or stop by the Pomin Market for the best sandwich.
10. Incline village has the best lakefront stop, called the Thunderbird lodge. Tours are 25 dollars stop by it is fun.
11. Fish the Truckee River you can pick up a one day license at any hardware store.
12. Raft the Truckee, bring your own raft, buy it and bring it up. It will save you lots of money.
13. There’s a great café on the river at the base of Alpine Meadow it’s on the river. It is called the Crest Café.
14. Also try the river ranch for live music.
15. Farmers Market located in Tahoe City most Thursdays.
