NEWLY AVAILABLE - ACT NOW. This unit will get booked for the prime dates rather quickly. (note SUMMER is now booked to Sept 6.) In this second floor unit you will have a spacious and elegant one bedroom unit. It has a queen bed and convertible queen sofa. The view from the balcony is the warm and enchanting blue pacific. The island of Lanai beckons form your panoramic view. Elsewhere on the property you will see Molokai. During the winter months the sunsets are gorgeous, right from your living room. This is a very modern home with newer kitchen, bath, and carpeting. Parking is free. Express check in. The condo is located between Lahaina, the historic whaling town, and Kapalua, the upscale golf community that hosts the kickoff PGA Mercedes Tournament in January. It is directly oceanfront. The resort is about 3 miles north of Lahaina and two miles south of Kapalua and half mile south of Napili. It is a 45 minute drive to the main airport at Kahalui (OGG) and 3 minutes from Kapalua airport (JHM). Maui has an island wide bus system and a stop is close by. The trade winds are very reliable here so this resort does not use mechanical air conditioning. Ceiling fans and designed flow thorough ventilation is all you need to feel comfortable. There is a nice swimming pool and your unit has a direct view of it and the barbeque area. At low tide, the stairs at the seawall lead to the ocean and with some care, the reef/sand is there for shallow water walking or snorkeling. A family of several large green turtles reside here and are fascinating to watch. Sandy beaches are nearby about 500 yards to the north and south.
