Everything about this condo was perfect! The size was very comfortable for the 4 of us and the entire place was nicely furnished. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the place and it was evident that the owners take a lot of pride in maintaining it. We couldn't have asked for a better location-walked everywhere in town and had to use our car only once-to go to Butchard Gardens. Beatrix was such a pleasure to work with-very pleasant and friendly via e-mail and telephone. She answered my inquiries promptly and I was so impressed when she called the day after we arrived to find out how our stay at the condo was going. It clearly showed how caring the owners are. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this condo to a friend and relative. The only regret about our stay in Victoria was that it was too short. Wish we had booked for another night.

We stayed here while visiting Victoria with my parents. This was a fantastic location and beautiful place to stay. It was very clean, had comfortable beds, clean linens and just an overall welcoming condo. We were able to walk to pretty much everything we wanted to do, a short walk to The Empress and multiple restaurants. We would not question coming back and staying here! The owners are fantastic to work with as well, very responsive and so kind. Great job!

We spend 5 nights there in mid August while attending a wedding. Victoria is a beautiful town. The condo location is pretty good, with only short walks (4-5 blocks) to downtown and the harbor. The building is modern and in like new condition. parking was good in covered underground garage. Master bedroom was fine, but the second bedroom was far too small for the queen bed. There was only about 3 feet on one side of the bed and the other side was pushed right up against the wall. That might be OK for kids, but uncomfortable for adults. living room was nice. Kitchen was small but had all we needed. View off balcony (5th floor) was of the courtyard and was decent.
Owner response:Just to make a correction, to this former client's comments; the distance to the Inner Harbor is much closer than described. We are approximately 1 1/2 blocks from the back of the Empress Hotel, so, only steps to the Inner Harbor. We have a master bedroom and a second bedroom. Many times 2 couples are traveling together. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Every second couple wants at least a queen size bed. Most people would prefer a larger bed than a sleeper sofa or a small bed. We have never had a negative comment concerning the second bedroom. The kitchen is a full size kitchen with granite counter and breakfast bar. The layout is standard for a 2 bedroom, 1000 sq.ft. condo. The view is unique in Victoria. Being downtown, we have a view of gardens, ponds and a view of St. Ann`s Academy, one of Victoria`s historical landmarks. Additionally, there is a peek-a-boo view of the Olympic mountains on clear days.

We loved the condo. It surpassed our expectations. The location was fabulous and we were fortunate to take in the Canada Day celebrations. Being able to stay right downtown was wonderful as we could stroll downtown in the mornings while our mothers ( age 87 and 90) could sleep in. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped. Only complaint is that our stay was too short. We will definately return to this condo.

What a great location....Condo is in perfect condition and a much better alternative to a Hotel room or B&B. The owner is a joy to work with and would stay there again. A great place to get away from the Arizona heat.

I was fortunate to find this beautiful condo! We immediately felt at home and had a great night's sleep on the wonderful mattresses and exquisite linens that were provided. It was a short walk away to many great restaurants (try the German place up the hill) and the kitchen was beautifully appointed when we decided to cook in. We parked our car in the gated garage but really didn't use it for much as we could get anywhere we wanted by foot. We didn't lack for anything. I'd definately recommend this condo and we look forward to staying here again!

I wanted a nice romantic weekend for my wife and me to get away. We were both amazed at the lay out and décor of the condo. It was warm, inviting, bright, and meticulously clean. The beds were comfortable, enabling you to get a goodnights rest, not hard like hotels where you wake up three or four times a night. Also, the residents that live in the building were friendly and even told us some great places to visit that weren’t something we had planned originally. The condo was very close to the city just a short walk to Beacon Hill Park and the Bay Shopping Center. If you’re like us and from Seattle they have some very wonderful coffee shops. The B.C. Museum was just a few blocks away and something we both enjoyed. The architecture of the Parliament buildings and downtown Victoria reminded us of being in Europe, not to mention if you get to see the double-decker bus. All in all it was a trip to remember and staying in this elegantly furnished condo made our trip to Victoria even better. The only thing that we would do differently next time is stay longer than just a weekend, there are some many things to see and do.
