This Mediterranean inspired getaway is situated in the new Ole' neighborhood of the Lely Resort Community. Ole' is centered around a unique village center that features a movie theater, spa, ice cream parlor, pool, and much more. Lely resort features two public golf courses designed by Lee Trevino and Robert Trent Jones.
This home is brand new and professionally decorated. It has 3 bedrooms, a balcony in the master with a queen size bed, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 single beds in the 3rd bedroom. A sleeper sofa is also available in the living area. A walk right outside your back door brings you to the private pool area for quiet swimming and relaxing if you want a break from the fabulous activities at the main village center. Nap in a hammock, grill some fresh fish or find the perfect spot to soak up the sunshine.
This two floor townhouse will truly meet your expectations along with all the activities close by. The entire neighborhood is walker & bike friendly. Just a 1/2 mile walk to the local shopping center.
The Lely Resort has miles of sidewalks ideal for an early morning walk or bike rides. You can also go fishing in one of the many lakes of the resort.
There are two-championship golf courses onsite - the Flamingo Island Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones and the Mustang Golf Course by Lee Trevino; these are extremely well maintained and are located right in Lely Resort. You can "pay as you play." The clubhouse has a well-supplied pro shop and locker rooms. After a day of golf, enjoy lunch, dinner or cocktails at the clubhouse restaurant and bar, which overlooks the course. Dozens more outstanding golf courses are nearby.
This Townhouse in Lely Resort is situated just minutes from both Downtown Naples and its Beaches, shopping and fine dining. Marco Island is just at a short drive. Nearby, Interstate Highway 75 (I-75) will give you easy access to Florida destinations throughout the state. Fort Myers international airport is 30 miles away and the Miami Airport 100 miles.
Naples beach's and pier is a 15 minute car ride, Isle of Capri is 5 minutes away, Marco Island and its beaches are 10 minutes away.

Standard Fees:
One-time $100 Application Fee, as every potential tenant must fill out a short application for Ole'
10% Florida tax, for rentals less than six months
One-time $150 cleaning fee, the condo is professionally cleaned after each tenant
$300 security fee, which is returned to you, provided the condo is left in the excellent condition you found it.
