The unit has a queen bedroom downstairs with sliding doors that open up to the sunroom. The sofa in the sunroom makes into a full size bed if needed. Step out of the sunroom onto the deck which is made for grilling and chilling! The loft area upstairs has a king bed and a bath. This unit is ideal for a small family or two couples.
Mexico Beach is 20 miles east of Panama City, Florida on US Highway 98. It is located on the Florida panhandle in a quiet peaceful family oriented atmosphere. You can bask in the sun, build sand castles, or fish off the public pier to enjoy the beautiful Florida Gulf Coast.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse
Our unit is close to the city pier which is great for fishing! It is also close to the canal which is another good fishing hole. We are exactly one mile from Crooked Island which is a fantastic place for shelling and walking the beach.

I plan to return as often as possible, and make as many family memories here as I can. There are few words to express the peaceful atmosphere here. Furthermore the small but close community just adds to the ambience. I came here with the sole purpose to become closer and emotionally bonded with my new family while merging it with my current family (myself and my daughter). Thanks for such a rich environment in which to do so. Loved it!
