  We had a great time at your townhouse..It was so nice and a weekend was not long enough..We didn't want to leave. My husband can't walk very good because of a work related injury so it was perfect for him to get on the pier since he can't walk on the beach..My son also had a great time fishing on the pier. Can't wait to go back sometime. Thanks again Melissa and Bobby for getting us the keys on such short notice..

  I have already rented this house two other times. And there is a reason for us coming back every year. The house is great, very welcoming. The rooms are warm and beautifully decorated. All appliances look brand new and work excellent. Furniture and beds are very comfortable. We feel more at home at this rental than we have anywhere else that we have rented in the past. Thanks so much for letting us stay. See you in May, 2010! :)

  Thank you from the bottom of my heart for opening up your home and sharing it with us. Your home and Mexico Beach are truly a find. I plan to return as often as possible, and make as many family memories here as I can. There are few words to express the peaceful atmosphere here. Furthermore the small but close community just adds to the ambience. I came here with the sole purpose to become closer and emotionally bonded with my new family while merging it with my current family (myself and my daughter). Thanks for such a rich environment in which to do so. Loved it!

  Thanks for letting us rent your condo. We had a lot of fun on the beach. The kids loved fishing - Leslie caught 5 fish in the ocean! The weather was great, it only rained a couple of times at night. Thanks again!

  We had a fabulous time for grandmother's 90th birthday! We love her very much. Had a great time seeing cousins and family together in one place. Loved the time here. See you again at Hazel's next 90th b'day.

  Celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary couldn't have been any better. The ocean was crystal clear with a wonderful breeze. Thanks for sharing.

  Another great week in Mexico Beach. Beaches wonderful & fishing great with "Fish'n Express" at Port St. Joe Marina. Your place is still just perfect! Hope to be able to stay longer next time. Thanks again for sharing.

Spring rate:  $700/week, Apr 1 thru May 18, 3-night minimum
Summer rate:  $950/week, weekly rentals preferred during peak summer season
Week of July Fourth:  $1050/week
$300 deposit (refundable upon inspection & cleaning)
Rental fees are due two weeks prior to arrival.
Check-in is 3 pm central time with check-out at 10 am central time
Monthly off-season $1,250 rental, plus cleaning and utilities
