Enjoy this updated, tastefully decorated, completely furnished, street level townhouse unit that is less than 100 steps from beautiful white sandy beaches, emerald green waters, and the Mexico Beach fishing pier. Enjoy your morning coffee on the pier, as you watch the dolphins frolic and play nearby!
The unit has a queen bedroom downstairs with sliding doors that open up to the sunroom. The sofa in the sunroom makes into a full size bed if needed. Step out of the sunroom onto the deck which is made for grilling and chilling! The loft area upstairs has a king bed and a bath. This unit is ideal for a small family or two couples.
Mexico Beach is 20 miles east of Panama City, Florida on US Highway 98. It is located on the Florida panhandle in a quiet peaceful family oriented atmosphere. You can bask in the sun, build sand castles, or fish off the public pier to enjoy the beautiful Florida Gulf Coast.

Spring rate: $700/week total price, now thru May 14
Summer rate: $895/week total price, weekly rentals preferred during peak season
Week of July Fourth: $1000/week total price
$300 deposit (refundable upon inspection & key return)
Rental fees are due two weeks prior to arrival.
Check-in is 3 pm central time with check-out at 10 am central time
Monthly off-season $1,150 rental plus $85 for cleaning

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Our unit is close to the city pier which is great for fishing! It is also close to the canal which is another good fishing hole. We are exactly one mile from Crooked Island which is a fantastic place for shelling and walking the beach.

We had a great time at your townhouse..It was so nice and a weekend was not long enough..We didn't want to leave. My husband can't walk very good because of a work related injury so it was perfect for him to get on the pier since he can't walk on the beach..My son also had a great time fishing on the pier. Can't wait to go back sometime. Thanks again Melissa and Bobby for getting us the keys on such short notice..

I have already rented this house two other times. And there is a reason for us coming back every year. The house is great, very welcoming. The rooms are warm and beautifully decorated. All appliances look brand new and work excellent. Furniture and beds are very comfortable. We feel more at home at this rental than we have anywhere else that we have rented in the past. Thanks so much for letting us stay. See you in May, 2010! :)

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for opening up your home and sharing it with us. Your home and Mexico Beach are truly a find. I plan to return as often as possible, and make as many family memories here as I can. There are few words to express the peaceful atmosphere here. Furthermore the small but close community just adds to the ambience. I came here with the sole purpose to become closer and emotionally bonded with my new family while merging it with my current family (myself and my daughter). Thanks for such a rich environment in which to do so. Loved it!

Thanks for letting us rent your condo. We had a lot of fun on the beach. The kids loved fishing - Leslie caught 5 fish in the ocean! The weather was great, it only rained a couple of times at night. Thanks again!
